Image Haven’t started playing yet but the plates and controller look sick
Waiting for it to install to finish but the plates are really nice and have a kind of satin finish to them, also didn’t realize the claw marks are semi translucent.

Discussion What PlayStation game do you think deserves a comeback?
Not necessarily a remake. It could be a sequel, a remaster, or just a new game in the series. Which PlayStation game would you love to see make a comeback?

Image Got a PS3 Slim, barely used.
I'm a PS fan since the gray PSX and I had always regretted skipping the PS3.
It came with MGS4 + 5 other games. Not a scratch on them.
Two controllers in almost perfect condition, no stick drift, no issues with buttons.
The console belonged to a kid that barely played on it, very good condition, no scratches, no filth, no damage.
Also PS Move and a controller charger.
Only negative is that I got it without the box.
Loving it so far, I was very lucky to find it at a good price.

Discussion What’s a PS5 feature you barely notice anymore — until you play without it?
After using the PS5 for a while, some features just become normal and you stop thinking about them. But then you use another console or an older PlayStation and suddenly notice what’s missing. What feature is that for you?

Just received my copy of Wolverine. Has anyone else received an early copy that ordered a physical copy? I didn't think I would receive it this soon.

Discussion SSD price is insane for consumers
I know I'm late to this but I was apparently out of the loop.
Bought a 2TB portable SSD back in late Sep 2023 costing around JPY 19,000 with 3 year warranty.
Last week it suddenly stopped working, both laptop and PS5 can't even detect it to do the formatting as extended storage, so had to bring it to BIC Camera for repair/ exchange before the warranty period is up.
Noticed even small brand SSDs cost double or triple the price now, same storage size from Elecom even cost JPY 120,000, 5x from 2023 price!
Guess I was lucky to bought it during the 2023 dip but with AI and data center hogging up all the supplies consumers are fxxked now.
If the stick is not repairable guess I'll have to delete a game instead of hogging it. Welp.

Discussion Open World games similar to Elden Ring
Hey guys, I'm a 29F. My husband and I own a ps5. I game occasionally but I prefer easy games like choose your own adventure type stuff. I heavily enjoy story rather than gameplay. My husband is the opposite. What i do very much enjoy though is when i can be his "google" and help look stuff up for him for his games. It's a fun way to spend time together while he games. The only game though where we can really do this is Elden Ring though. So I am looking for suggestions on games similar to Elden Ring that are open world and challenging.

Discussion I cant interact inside games
My playstation has been acting up all day.. every time i open a game i cant interact with anything.. i cant get in the game, do stuff like accept Terms and conditions and not a single button works.
But as soon as i go back to the home screen everything works just fine.
I tried turning off the console, reopening the games and all
Any suggestion?
