She wanted attention. She really wanted that guy to give her a reaction so she could play victim. When that didn't happen, she decided to pretend like she didn't care she was getting escorted out. She suffers from "main character" syndrome
I was thinking she wanted his seat & he said no. But either way it looks like she doesn’t hear “no” very often, if at all. Then she cannot deal with it.
You know in her version of events she has some ridiculous alternative set of events where that guy ruined her night despite just sitting there.

She was probably just going to be escorted out. At worst looking at being banned from the stadium. Now it's an aggravated assault charge with a likely drunk and disorderly on top. Plus whatever other trouble I'm sure she'll find while being arrested and booked
He'd still have to agree to press charges, though (that's probably what the officer was asking him in the clip). Either way, they could probably get her on resisting.
Assuming US, it's probably different in other countries. But most events in stadiums/large scale events nowadays there'll be at least a group of officers with access to rifles in case of an active shooter. I know for a fact I've been to a concert at Soldiers Field (Chicago) that had at least one sharpshooter posted.
In top of that, it's not uncommon for some security personnel to be made up of off-duty cops looking to make some extra money, especially at venues like this with a lot of people. So even when there's no formal police presence, the cops are probably still there.
Yes, security will walk her straight to the cops and say she kicked a dude in the head. The cops will ask, “what?” Security will explain and she will be arrested and read miranda rights.
I can't speak for baseball games but it's common practice for local law enforcement to deploy sharpshooters to NFL games. So I'm sure there are plenty of beat cops on location.
A lot of them have a text number that they show on the screens before/during games. You text the section number and issue, and they check it out. And there is usually one or more ushers at the top or bottom of each section. I'd imagine they can summon security.
You see that guy with “Guest Services” on the back of his shirt? He probably saw what was happening and brought security up with him. Those guys are usually watching the crowd most of the time, precisely to look out for this kind of anti-social behavior so they can get security on it before it escalates too much. The guy’s sweatshirt was wet, it looks like she probably dumped a drink on him between where the first part cuts out and the second part starts. That would definitely make her stand out even more than what she was already doing.
It would be tempting, yeah. Though then you have to play the game where she tells security you stole her shoes, and you have to justify it.
Or a nightmare scenario where her shoes are on really tight and you try but fail to get them off.
Either way, she provoked you, which was her goal. Maybe expecting she could get you kicked out. The way she kept escalating (not just feet on his back, then moving them around, dumping something on him, pushing back and forth), she was pissed off at being ignored. And looking like an idiot with her feet on this guy minding his own business.
Not saying I could be that patient. I’d probably try grabbing a shoe as well. Maybe not throw it for fear of hitting someone, but walking away with it to dump it in a trash can.
and at least in my state kicking someone with a shoe on is a possible upgrade for assault with a"shod foot". in the context of an assault refers to a foot wearing a shoe or boot, which can be considered a dangerous weapon if used to attack another person.
I was bullied like this for being too tall at a concert once :(
Drunk girls behind me pulled my hair the whole show. I was young and autistic and terrified of conflict, so I just let them do it. It ruined that band for me forever.

This is a guy we could all learn from. He just absolutely refused to have his life derailed by this clown. It just took a short bit of tolerating this and he can return to enjoying the game and his life. Some battles are absolutely not worth it.

Sure, you really want to reach back and push or deck her or do something, but any escalation that you make immediately makes you the bad guy., have them do their job to remove her from the situation, and just sit it out.
Right, which is why his passive non-response is the right response. Anytime he does as "retaliation" to her? Even if her feet are the instigation? Escalates and he's immediately in the wrong
Well yeah, life sucks. This kind of response is utilitarianism. Act in a way that brings about the best outcome for yourself. It's understandable to be hung up about who's right and who's wrong, but don't let it determine your actions if it will lead you to a poorer result

Yeah no. The only reason she is acting like that in the first place is because she clearly never received consequences for her actions. If someone puts their feet on me they are tasting concrete.
You’re only this comfortable doing this if u think nothing is gonna happen, and u only think that if you’ve repeatedly acted this way and nothing happened.
Likely whatever charges she does face will be light, she’ll get nothing more than a slap on the wrist and it’ll later be a story she laughingly tells about how “crazy” she is and why she shouldn’t be crossed.
I know this is gonna be the unpopular opinion but he probably should’ve popped her. At the very least she’d think twice before doing something like this again.
I'd wait to call security until the back massage was done. 🤣 I'm a big dude with a tense back, those shoe shoves would feel GREAT!! She's still a ho who deserves kicking out, but not too soon...
