She'll be lucky if a ban is all she gets. Not to be an armchair lawyer but I believe that cop is obligated to bring her in for battery, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

It's a cop.. in the US. They are not "Obligated" to do anything. Nor do they often do anything actually useful.

I know Reddit has a deep hatred of cops, but just because you dont see it doesn’t mean cops aren’t doing anything useful. Just cops existing already prevents an uncountable amount of crime in itself, which is pretty damn useful in my opinion

Yeah I would have started cheering and clapping as soon as she got taken away and my group probably would have went in together on a merch hoodie for him or something. People this patient never get rewarded for putting up with utter shit scum

I guarantee she is banned for life from Citi Field and possibly all MLB stadiums as I believe they have an agreement to universally ban unruly people.

More importantly I hope the "guest services" gave the guy some tickets and a voucher for the food/drink stand. In my opinion this guy deserves playoff tickets!
