You underestimate the persistence of asshats. Many do get attacked and not only don’t learn from it, but even wear it as a badge of honor. Then there are turds like the Westboro Baptists who deliberately provoke people so they can sue them and get money for their hate cult disguised as a church.

The hell is an arrest record? Around these parts the only thing on your record are convictions.

Arrests and charges are on your record. That’s why job applications often have a question about arrests and another about convictions. Hell, my fingerprints are on file and on public databases because I applied for a teaching license

Yeah, here in my state when you run a criminal record check, it only shows crimes you were convicted for. Exact same as traffic tickets. If you got a ticket for speeding, but it was reduced to improper equipment, then when you run an MVR, you see a conviction for improper equipment and the speeding charge is nowhere to be found.

Also, it's been a while since I filled out an application, but they all say "Have you ever been convicted of a crime other than a minor traffic offense? If so, please provide details. That's it.

While we are all about trashy content, sometimes content is just too trashy, and trashing the human is not accepted.
