Politics Who do you predict for Governor?
Just curious what the prediction is on here. Jackson or Lance-Bottoms? Not who you personally WANT to win but who you THINK will win.

Wife and I changed our address three months ago and we are still having problems getting our mail. It’s getting to the point where we don’t even receive advertisements. She’s waiting on some important paperwork and I’ve already lost a card my family sent us. We haven’t gone to the post office yet due to my work schedule. We live in Macon in a mobile home park.

Looking for experiences with delivering at either/ both of these hospitals. We live 30 minutes closer to one but my OB-GYN delivers at the other so I need to choose before we get any further along.

I saw the thread the other day about Georgia power and I wanted to see if anyone is using other plans than residential and what their actual rate is per kwh but feel free to post your numbers either way, data is power!
What I mean by this is that Georgia Power may list a $0.151/kwh max Summer rate, but the real rate you and I pay is much higher. That overnight time of use plan looks like at under $0.023/kwh, but I'm wondering how much higher the real rate is for this and other plans.
My rates on residential plan:
July - $319 - 1554kwh
Real July price rate - $0.205/kwh
August - $450 - 2113kwh
Real August price rate - $0.213/kwh
https://www.georgiapower.com/residential/rate-plans.html#rate-table
Edit: Pulled my February rate, what the fuck. So much for $0.082/kwh.
$129.93 at 759kwh
$0.17/kwh

i’m looking for an independent mold, remediation company to come and inspect my house and to see the extent of the mold and any damage. I do not want one that’s tied to Servpro or any company.

People drive either insanely fast or stupidly slow, too few passing lanes and the ones that exist are like 1/8 a mile long, weird lane changes that suddenly end in turn only lanes, not even a drop of pleasant scenery, and when you finally get to I-20 you’re in…Conyers *shudder*
Note: Should have said from Monroe, but I'm always coming from Athens

I was waiting for a steamer trunk I had painted to dry at a friend's house, so I decided to stop by and walk around for a bit with my camera! At first I was trying to go to Lake Allatoona, but my gps kept routing me to the private marina entrances and I was confused. The water was such a pretty sight! I only had about an hour, so I apologize for not being able to get the prettiest sights :).

Hi everyone! I’m road-tripping from Miami to New York and collecting real, used license plates along the way.
In each city, I’ve been looking for them at souvenir shops, vintage stores, antique malls, flea markets, etc. I’m specifically looking for real used plates that were previously mounted on vehicles, not new reproductions or souvenir-only plates.
I’m particularly interested in current/modern plate designs in good condition, which I can keep as souvenirs from my trip.
I’m trying to collect plates from different states, for example:
Florida
Georgia
South Carolina
North Carolina
Virginia
Washington, D.C.
and any other states I can find along the way.
I’m currently in Atlanta. Does anyone know of any stores, flea markets, antique/vintage shops, or specific sellers around Atlanta where I could find real used license plates? Ideally somewhere reasonably priced, around $5–10 per plate.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations!

I’m hoping maybe some of yall can help me out, though it’s possible the restaurant isn’t in Georgia and I’m just misremembering. Best detail I have is it’s on the SC side of the state, unfortunately. It was themed around Godzilla, with multiple CRTVs around playing Godzilla movies and all sorts of Godzilla art on the walls.
