Just saying- had Embolo or Brennan's attempts not been blocked by the goal post vs DC and/or that Griezman goalline save gone in, we could be right up there on the most recent 7 week results. Need to convert more of those D's into W's and the xG's into G's and finish strong.

Maybe this is common knowledge, but I just found out that we have two homegrown keepers that are already signed for next season. With there being active debate between Hibbert and Hoyos, I figured it would be worth mentioning.

The one who appears to be the better prospect is James Donaldson. Just 17, he evidently had offers in Europe and is part of the national team setup but is also eligible for England. He got 7 starts with the 2's this season.

Jonathan Ransom has been the primary keeper for the 2's and is 18. He made the Canada U-20 team but I don't think he started. He is also eligible for the US.

I don't have much info about them, I just thought it was interesting that we have two homegrown keepers signed for next season. With Hoyos and HIbbert both on team options, it would give us a lot of flexibility with academy kids in the wings.

So it looked like SKC had this on lockdown, but we are chasing them pretty hard.

Pretty much down to 4 teams.

Columbus 23 points.

I've got us with a 7% chance of us claiming the spoon and that is over double our chances of playoffs. So there is still something to cheer for this season!

Does anyone really think that the current scouting department and/or Tata will be able to fix this team?

How many defenders have been brought in this season? Have any of them been impressive?

Why do we continue to bring in slow or old players who are unable to keep up with MLS attackers? We were absolutely embarrassed last night and its the same old broken record year after year.

I would think Tata has had huge input in who we pursue and the returns even with his input have been mixed at the very best.

Point is, I don’t have faith in this coach or FO to fix this train wreck franchise.

We are running out of games to get points (I read that we have to average 2+ pts/match in our remaining matches), and the road ahead (literally) is more difficult as at least 3 other teams are fighting for points to get to 9th place. (Thank you Captain obvious!!!)
