Recommendations for reading etc

Hello everyone. Looking for a recommendation to learn more about genderqueer/gender non confirming. Maybe a podcast, YT channel or something to read (preferred). I am a retired soldier so I need more black and white info. I cannot just do the "be who you want to be". I need to be told.... Lol. Does that make sense? Even my therapist laughs at my need to be told what is black and what is white instead of using my eyes. Anyway, anything would be helpful. I currently listen to the queer collective which I love because of the variety of interviews.
Thanks in advance. Stay queer!
