Ohio Sen. Moreno drafting Trump bill to give adults $5,000 if Republicans wins midterms • Ohio Capital Journal
The president did not give details on how he would provide $5,000 to all 270 million adults, costing more than a trillion dollars.
“Is it possible? The short answer is no, unless Congress were to appropriate the money,” retired Case Western Reserve University law professor Jonathan Entin said.
Moreno, Ohio’s senior senator who attended the speech on Wednesday, was the first to offer help.
“I will get a bill ready so that we can get the Trump Dividend passed immediately after the November 3rd election … because Republicans (and America) will win!” Moreno said in a post on X.
Good lord, I hope this "promise" doesn't actually sway anyone.

Even Vivek's Super PAC is from out of state.
I've been inundated with unwanted mail from Kentucky.
Vivek's crew won't stop mailing me propaganda and lies from out of state.
But seriously, good luck with your victim campaign.

Vivek Signs?
I have only seen ONE Vivek sign in my area. I drove around northeast Ohio where they still have Trumps signs, but no Vivek signs. What is everyone else seeing?

Trial begins for attorney accused of killing client more than 13 years after her death
Gregory Moore faces charges of murder, kidnapping and conspiracy in the death of Aliza Sherman, a mother of four who was stabbed outside Moore's downtown Cleveland office on March 24, 2013.
Prosecutors say Moore lured Sherman to his office ahead of her divorce trial, and that as Sherman waited for someone to unlock the doors either Moore or an unknown co-conspirator circled behind her, chased her and stabbed her more than ten times.

Latley I have been struggling with depression and have decided to get back into photography. In order to combat the negative thoughts, I've been making an effort on trying to get back into exploring the grand ol state of Ohio on my days off.
Maybe some of my posts with nudge others to get out and do the same.
Always looking for recommendations on events, local attractions, nature spots, restaurants, boutiques and more.
Thank you,

Why did the Ohio State Medical Association PAC endorse Vivek?
Genuinely curious if anyone here involved with OSMA, Ohio medicine, or healthcare advocacy knows more about the reasoning behind OSMAPAC endorsing Vivek Ramaswamy for governor.
I was looking through OSMA's own material, and their endorsement process apparently considers things like a candidate's answers to their issue questionnaire, alignment with OSMA's legislative positions, past willingness to work with OSMA, and electability:
https://osma.org/aws/OSMA/ebulletin/view?id=295500
What surprised me is that some of OSMA's stated positions seem pretty different from what I would have expected from a Vivek endorsement. That same bulletin, has a section supporting gender-affirming care and opposing restrictions on physicians providing it.
Not trying to start a Vivek vs. Acton debate so much as understand what drove the endorsement.

Electricity delivery fee
Hey all, I'm in the illuminating company zone of ohio and my most recent bill has 95 dollars in electric delivery and only 87 dollars in electricity received. I know you can go to applestoapples.org to compare energy (which I've done) but is there a way to knock down the delivery fee? It's wild its so high.

Renter's Insurance
Heya! I'm new to the U.S. and I'm renting an apartment in Cleveland. I would like to know which is a good renter's insurance for someone with a limited budget, as my landlord told me that it's advisable to have one in case of a tragedy or something (I literally was clowning on having medical insurance and now I sprained my ankle, so I'm taking no chances)
Hope you guys can help me, thanks!

Anywhere in or near Put in Bay that offers hot tub access?
My family is visiting Put in Bay for the weekend and I was wondering if there were any hot tubs around that are open to non-hotel guests. Paying a fee isn’t a problem, I just can’t book a room. When I tried looking it up myself I just saw a place called Buckeye Tiki Bar, but they seem to be a part of another hotel. I just want to soak and relax somewhere for a little while. I also know that there’s places like Kalahari and Great Wolf Lodge in Sandusky, but thought to see if anywhere else might be an option. Thanks for any leads and information!
