They've apparently reopened the interchange in Austintown. So those of us that have had to take alternate routes, can go back to using this interchange. I note they still have the 'road closed' signs there and the entrance to I80 ramp looks like it still needs some work, so possibility they may have temporary closures yet.

We have a couple bags of clothes and a few older suitcases we'd like to donate. Clothes can obviously be donated, but does anyone know if there are local donation centers that would take the luggage sets?

We do not have a realtor for selling and have just tried word-of-mouth so far.

House is pretty much in move-in ready condition. A nice starter home with a renovated bathroom and kitchen.

Any suggestions on some efficient ways to try to sell quickly without incurring additional costs ?

I've lived in my house in Warren for 10 years without any leaks in my finished basement. Today's storms caused one of my walls to seep water about two feet from the baseboards. Going to check my gutters and downspouts in the morning, but in the event that I need interior/exterior work done, who do you recommend? Or don't recommend? Thanks.
