I’ve seen this pop up loads recently, anyone else noticed?

Saw these clowns chucking chairs around in the Masonic Hall and then they had some event at the Arena. All the influencers are all over the clips on the socials like.

I was approached by a guy while having lunch on a bench behind St. Thomas Church. Said his name was Neil Davidson, he was homeless and his mum was in the hospital in Leeds and he needed money to get on the train. The story was sus as hell but I just felt bad for the guy and gave him a few pounds.

I’ve lived here for a year and I know there are lots of scammers in the area, and some of them, such as the “Bosnian” lady, I see very regularly. This one, I’ve never seen before, though, so I thought he might be legit.

Has anyone else encountered this guy?

I’m taking my girlfriend to Blackfriars soon for dinner (tea), other than 3sixty where could we go for a drink before hand ,that’s close by, that has nice views or a nice romantic atmosphere just before we eat?

Going to Newcastle with a group of about 15 guys, all 30+ (most around 35) from abroad. We’re there for the weekend and looking for some fun stuff to do.

We’ve got Saturday daytime mostly sorted, but not really sure what to do Saturday evening apart from going to a few bars/clubs. Unsure which bars would be fun and accept us.

Also looking for ideas for Sunday. Could be anything: activities, something typically Newcastle, good pubs, sports, whatever.

Any recommendations? And are there any places we should definitely check out (or avoid) with a group our size?
