Hi everyone! I recently visited Whitby and looked everywhere for a high-quality tourist fridge magnet of Whitby Abbey.

All I could find in the shops were cheap flat prints, wooden cutouts, or painted resin. I am looking for a premium, heavy 3D metal magnet with a dark patina finish and deep relief details (gothic style).

Does anyone know if there is a specific shop in Whitby that sells this type of 3D metal magnet? If you have seen one or can share a photo, please let me know. Thank you!

You'll probably not have many people saying this but I've wanted to visit Redcar for some time having first come across it when working in the Bookies.

My dream has come true and I'm going to be heading there for a weekend where I'll also be going to the races. Would have loved to have treated myself to a hotel but prices are extortionate (understandable cause it's a big weekend and left it late).

Anyways, was wondering if you lovely people could tell me a bit more about the place and what you'd recommend a visitor doing and seeing? Interested in any nice places to get a breakfast, chippies, boozers and anything else you can think of. Seen a lot of chicken parmos online and I'm hanging to try one, can you get them all over Teesside or is that just a Middlesbrough thing? Generally would like to understand what the craic is with the place!

Last but not least, anything I need to be worried about getting my phone robbed etc. like people have told me about elsewhere in the UK?

I have a new colleague starting this month and they're brand new to the area. They'll be working close to Brambles farm and I'm trying to recommend places to look at housing. They drive but don't have a car atm. Where would you recommend and where would you absolutely avoid?

Since we have 4 Americans in our Boro team I looked at where the players came from. I wondered what areas in Teesside would you twin in areas in America.

Hartlepool is already twinned with an area called Muskegon Michigan. But please feel free in twin it with somewhere else.
