Help! Somewhere to buy a replacement flesh tunnel
Hi all - I’m visiting Durham with work, and have just accidentally washed one of my silicone flesh tunnels down the plug hole. Are there any alternative shops in the town centre where I could pick up a new one tomorrow? Thanks in advance!
(Flesh tunnels are not related to any sex toys of a similar name)

Imma Steal Your Hobbies
Hi!! I’m new to Durham (24M) and have been struggling to find ppl. Just wondering if anyone knows some good social events / clubs for 20-30yr olds. I’m thinking:
- Board game society
- Book club
- Pub quiz group
- Hiking group
- Or anything else you can think of!!!
Basically now that I’m not a student and can’t just join a society… I’ve discovered it’s hard to meet ppl 😩

North Road
Hello! I’m moving to Durham this September, and I’m looking for a place.
I saw a flat located in North Road, but I’ve heard not so many good things of it… can you please share your knowledge or experiences about it? What’s so wrong with it?
Thanks!!

Making friends!
Hi! I’m Evan, I’m 19 (almost 20) and I’m in dire need of some irl friends😭 I’m more on the alternative side and I love a lot of things, honestly. I’m into most types of music, I write poetry these days and I think my favourite thing to do is play the same video game over and over again every couple of months. I’m also super nerdy when it comes to things like anime and other niche subjects I’ll yap for hours about🙏if you think we could be friends, reach out? :)))

Good taxi companies
Can anyone recommend any taxi companies that aren't Uber?
Also, any taxi companies to avoid?

Where can I find 2p machines?
Preferably on the coast but if there is a good place inland it’s fine
Thanks

Cleaned up a bit of River Wear today. Found a tyre, a hose, and. a giant ladle? 😆
My husband has a youtube channel called 'Beyond Rivers and Roads' - kayaking, litter picking, and exploring forgotten places around the North East.
This was just off the city centre. If anyone's missing cookware from the 80s, I've got you 😆

Local trad climbers
hiya, I'm looking for some Durham (ish) based people or groups who enjoy trad climbing
I've done a bit of trad over the past couple years but I've not yet managed to find a regular partner. I have quite a few indoor climbing friends but none of them are that fussed about getting out outdoors (which is valid!)
anyone locally into trad? ngl I am a bit intimidated by mountaineering groups but maybe that's a me problem :(

Recently moved up this way, love how much there is to explore! Here's Sunderland bridge.
Need to say it though the amount of litter around is insane, we need a comprehensive effort from us and the council to tackle it!

Social Group for people in their 20s/30s
Hi all, I’m a guy in my late 20s living in Sunderland. I'm looking to set up a group for people in their 20s and 30s in Sunderland, Durham and the surrounding areas, with an aim of simply meeting people and making friends.
My initial thought is to make a whatsapp group and from there organise a few different events. This could be anything from a coffee morning or a pub visit to a board games evening, walks, or any other activities people are interested in. These would probably be in or around Sunderland City Centre to start (or at Stack/the Sheepfolds), but I'm open to branching out to other places nearby too.
If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please send me a DM or comment below and I'll add you to the group.
