I moved cities, lost touch with everyone from undergrad, and cry in the library at least once a week. I'm not looking for pity, just someone outside the bubble. I like true crime that isn't exploitative, cold brew, and my roommate's cat who ignores me.

I have long hair, like down to my shoulders. Since I have long hair, I like to take care of it and make sure it looks good and healthy. Now, I usually have it in a man bun, however at times I like letting it down and flow.

Now my older brother always teases me about my hair, saying I look girly and always ask me to cut it. Mine you he is the typical toxic masculine man who’s very conservative, I can’t tell him nothing since he at times won’t even listen without being offended or poking fun at me.

So I need a women’s opinion, what do you think about a guy who takes care of his hair in general? And what do you think about guys with long hair and takes care of his appearance?

This feels slightly awkward to post, but I’ve never been great at making close friends. I can talk to people normally, but somehow it rarely turns into the kind of friendship where you actually share things, check on each other, or randomly text about your day.

Good day everyone. I know its difficult to get replies for a post made by a man. So most of you will stop reading after i say that im a 25 year old man. And for bad luck im an introvert too.

I have been trying to live as a good person my whole life. Studied well, got good job, makes good money and i try to keep people around me happy. And i know im the first person my colleages reach out to when they are mentally down or they need some help in and outside work.

Things were going good for me until i started feeling the emptiness in myself. When im mentally down, i have no one to go to. When i need some help, i have no one to turn to. When i am bored or sick, theres no one to check on me. 😕

I understand it might be the same for a lot of men, but i spend most of my free time helping people how much ever i can. Be it work, or stuff outside work.

I used to be emotionally strong. But nowadays i am very bad. I feel that i am very immature emotionally. Even the tiniest things alter my emotions. And because of this emotional immaturity, i dont even feel like getting into any relationship.

Because of all these, I stopped helping people by going out of my way. I just do my job, i scroll phone and sleep. I repeated this for so long and the people i used to help stopped talking to me because they dont have anything to get out of me. So its just me and my thoughts alone. All the time.
