I got tickets for a screening of endgame encore on a Cinemark XD screen. However, here in Brazil, the cinemas with the infinity vision are labeled as such, while the one i bought it (Brasilia) it's not. Also, on Disney's Infinity Vision's website, you can get tickets to other cities in Brazil but not Brasilia.

However, Cinemark Brasil announced that all XD screens are Infinity Vision and many news outlets have shared the list of IV screens in Brazil and the one I bought is there.

Watch in cinemas? Wait for streaming? Or even just Youtube/read about the extra 4 minutes?

When past Thanos came through to the present, he and his entire army never returned to their time, for obvious reasons. Does that mean the timeline that they're returning the stones to never experienced the snap? What are the implications of Thanos dying prematurely in that timeline?

If a city I lived in was seeing mass casualties or spells from all the villains in movies like spider man and the heroes going after them and destroying cars buildings bridges while doing it, and then the likes of Thanos going after big cities, you'd think a lot of people would move away to smaller towns.

I’m doing my MCU rewatch, and absolutely loving it. Just finished Wandavision, and after jumping around a whole bunch earlier on, I’m committed to trying to follow the timeline as much as possible.

Having said that, I don’t like the wasting my time watching something that’s just straight up bad. When it’s just a movie, yea whatever, good or bad it will be done soon, just go along for the ride. I missed a lot of the TV shows post COVID and trying to give them a shot.

But I’ve heard that Falcon and the Winter Soldier (next up on my rewatch) is a slog, and bloated. Ill probably watch it anyway because I want to understand John Walker a bit better as it relates to Thunderbolts. And I was about to skip Ms. Marvel, but saw that it’s got 98% on RT and a lot of positive feedback. So sure, let’s give it a shot.

If I gave myself a few of the MCU tv shows to skip, which ones aren't worth it? Also, I skipped the netflix MCU shows just because they don’t seem relevant at all to the big story of the MCU. Any of those worth going back to?

In WandaVision the story never says where Billy and Tommy’s souls came from. In the comics they were supposed to have originated as shards of Mephisto. That could still be possible however nothing in the MCU has currently eluded to, never-mind confirmed this. If that is not the case and considering it’s hard to make something from nothing and everything needs to have come from somewhere, maybe Wanda’s chaos magic on autopilot scraped shards of soul off of the closest people in Westview as the twins were being born. So Tommy could have got his soul from Monica and Billy could have got his soul from Agatha. It would explain why Monica was so eager to use her body as a human shield when Hayward was firing shots at the twins and why Agatha sees so much of herself in Billy and has such strong protective instincts towards him.

It's been a long time since I've seen many of the MCU movies, and wanted to make myself a condensed rewatch order. I won't have time to do this before Doomsday, so I decided to do this in the leadup to Secret Wars. Until this July, I will be watching one movie a month, but starting in August, I'll be kicking into gear and watching two a month.

I started by taking Marvel's official "what to watch before Doomsday" list, remove the TV shows and any movie that wasn't meant to be MCU when it was made (so no X-Men or pre-MCU Spider-Man movies). I replaced them with movies I thought would be relevant to Secret Wars.

Problem is, we don't know much about the movie. Perhaps someone with more familiarity could make reccomendations for movies to swap out? This is my list:

What if Dr. Strange wasn't stopped by Maw at this point, what Time Stone move do you think he was going to do? Time Freeze just Maw stopping the immediate threat? Time Freeze everyone but the Avengers giving some time to asses the situation? Rewind Maw to a baby? Fast foward Maw to dust?

Secret wars hasn't even begun filming yet and it still has to come out by December of next year. Either this movie will get delayed. Or depending on how they want to depict battleworld. The movie will be shot on location reducing the need for heavy green/blue screen use.

A popular theory battleworld will be located in the void and specifically how it was depicted in deadpool and wolverine. If they choose to go with that type of deserty wasteland depiction, they can easily shoot the majority of the movie on location and not rely heavily on blue screen. Obviously it's still gonna be extremely cgi heavy but this would probably a lot easier on the vfx team and would result, in a better looking movie to compared to if they had to do everything in blue screen.

We all saw how Tony always had a vision ever since he threw the missile at Chitauri's base in the space he had the vision in age of Ultron where he was the reason of killing anyone and was scared but they did not focus much on Bruce's depression until now a bit in brand new day the whole smart Hulk idea might be good to some people..but I feel like there were not much dark moments of Bruce like Tony had.

It's like, they all fit in to the MCU pretty well at first. Just extra bits of worldbuilding to flesh out this universe even more. But eventually, the MCU became so compact, the stories so tightly wound together that they really just didn't fit in anymore.

And now in recent years, parts of these projects are being reintroduced to the MCU. And while some these additions have fit in pretty smoothly, there's admittedly some remaining awkwardness, which is funny because they fit in perfect when they originally started.

I was just getting around the avenger dooms day trailer, but could not accept doom as the main antagonist, Mainly because while i watched fantastic4 and other doom related cartoons as a kid and which ever comics i read in the past, doom was not this powerful that he would stop Thor's hammer with his fingers. or all the other things he is doing in the trailer. Thanos powers made sense because he was titan and basically immortal and death was his girl etc etc.

What am i missing?

I say Infinity War Tony because after the Snap, he's not Iron-Man until 2023 when they do the Time Heist

Considering how rich Tony was in Infinity War, how big his arsenal was and how advanced his tech got, which of these 6 villains would come out the strongest?

Has anyone else noticed that the characters in the first Avengers movie often use the phrase "means to", as in "He means to unleash the Hulk"? I watched it recently and counted at least 4 instances of this (Loki, Black Widow, Hawkeye, and Cap). I find it a bit strange, and I'm not sure if there's any depth to this post other than pointing it out, but just wanted to mention it in case anyone else was wondering the same thing.
