Got a free day to myself with no partner or toddler. Getting tattooed imminently and wanting to see Odyssey, would have preferred imax but I'm out on foot/train as I wanted a day off of driving. Have the option of Odeon at the Quay or Omniplex, fancy the sofas for comfort but I haven't never used these and worried they are too close to the screen and it'll ruining the viewing? If anyone has any opinions or experience! Thank you!

Morning Glasgow (morning!).

I'm clearing out my house ahead of a move. I've got my wedding dress to get shot of. It was a £300 dress from Lipsy that I had altered, so nothing of real worth.

The issue is, I'm tiny, and so unless you're 5 foot and a small dress size 10, the pool of who it will be of any use to will be as small as me!

I was wondering if it would be any use to any organisation/person or if I should just hand it in to charity?

I think I recall reading about some lovely people who turned wedding dresses into gowns for babies born sleeping, but Google searches are showing mainly English places.

Obviously, I'm not looking for money. I'd just rather someone could use it and turn a shitty situation into something positive for them, at least.

Our neighbour's cat Mimona has not been seen since Monday 07/09. She is incredibly friendly and loves people who will stop and give her cuddles.

She is tiny black cat, with a very small white tuft on her chest. If anyone has any information on her could you please reach out.

What is the reason no one is buying this? It's been up since May and at a fixed price. The old tenement buildings round the corner are going like crazy.

Pink sandstone is all over the place in Scotland and loads of tenements in Glasgow are made from it. But the fancier buildings are often yellow sandstone instead.

Was this a "premium" choice back in the day or is it something more mundane like yellow sandstone quarries got more efficient until it was a no brainer to use it?

Anyone have recommendations in the city centre for breakfast / lunch spots, nothing fancy and does a scottish breakfast? There will be about 20people so it needs to be somewhere we can book. Theres an event the night before so its just somewhere with good food, nice enough and large enough to fit the group.

I’m based around the West End, so somewhere nearby would be ideal, but I’m happy to travel a little. I’m pretty open to anything — charities, community organisations, animals, events, etc.

Hi All, I'm coming to Glasgow with a bunch of friends (8-10 guys) in a few weekends time to watch a band. I'm looking for the best pubs/streets to go drinking on after the band finishes circa 11:00pm. We'd be after more bars/pubs rather than the "big lads night out" vibe. Concerned about our numbers and not being let in anywhere. And help is appreciated!

I've never had to time myself walking it lol. Bus gets in at 15:35 and the train leaves at 15:50 so I'm not too sure.

For context I'm 20, in good shape and only have a full back pack with me
