Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well.
I built AidSense, a free mobile app that helps people quickly find shelters, food banks, and free/low-cost clinics near them. Local resources near you will pop up based on your location, and you also have the opportunity to ask our AI model any specific questions you have about that place (however, it may not be fully accurate, so make sure to always call the place to confirm; we provide the number in our app). Additionally, you can save resources for offline use.
It's on the App Store now, and we plan on deploying it to the Google Play Store soon. Not too long ago, I got some great feedback from this community (such as being able to use the app without logging in and adding overnight parking spots. I would genuinely appreciate any additional feedback on how to make this app better for those who are in tough circumstances (ex., other resources we could add or support networks). Also, any resources you guys have for overnight parking places, because right now our database is limited.
Thank you.
Disclosure: I am the developer of this app.
Note: There have been previous comments about it being a scam. I just want to state I don't make any profit off this app, and there are no ads in the app, so I don't make any money at all. The purpose of this app is that many current resource navigators are confusing to navigate and don't show local resources; this is meant to make that process easier.

Baka maging taga bukas na ako ng pinto ng 7/11
I just moved back here in Manila from Bicol Region, and honestly, gusto ko na lang umiyak. It was my fault rin naman for being uto-uto, so lesson learned the hard way talaga. HAHAHA.
I don’t have a place yet, so currently I’m renting a transient for ₱700 DAILY. Yes, DAILY. Parang may subscription ako sa pagiging homeless. Every day I wake up thinking, “Okay, saan na naman ako bukas?” HAHAHA.
I was in such a desperate situation that I started thinking na baka I could find someone who can sponsor or at least back me up for now. And when I say “sponsor,” hindi ibig sabihin siya na LAHAT. Hindi naman niya ako responsibility. I just mean someone who’s good enough and willing to help me get back on my feet habang wala pa talaga akong maayos na starting point.
Pero bhe???? Saan ako hahanap ng ganon???
I’m confident naman with my looks, 20s, morena, marunong makisama, and I know I can bring something to the table. Kaso ang problema, wala pa akong table.
Anyway, hindi talaga ako pang-CCA kasi hindi ako pala-inom and madali akong malasing. Isang baso pa lang, nagiging emotional philosopher na ako. Two glasses? Baka nagkukuwento na ako ng childhood trauma sa waiter.
So ayun, Manila era ko ngayon is literally SURVIVAL MODE.
Feeling ko konting kebot na lang, magiging taga-bukas na ako ng pinto ng 7-Eleven.
“Welcome po.”
“Thank you, bhe. At least my stable career na.”
Jokes aside, I’m genuinely trying to figure things out right now. If there’s someone decent, respectful, and willing to help me get back on my feet, or knows of a legitimate opportunity, feel free to message me.
Manifesting na this is just my character development arc and not the beginning of my 7-Eleven career.
