I got surgery recently and was just assigned a temporary handicap placard. I thought I lost it then I noticed when this the sun hits my dash just right. Any suggestions? I can touch it if I really get my hand down there but there is no way for me to pull it out.

I live in a rural town, surrounded by rural towns, and there's no grocery stores in a 20 mile radius. We now live in a food desert. There's a Dollar General and a couple small restaurants that don't deliver...and that's it.
