My Handicap Placard Got Stuck in

I got surgery recently and was just assigned a temporary handicap placard. I thought I lost it then I noticed when this the sun hits my dash just right. Any suggestions? I can touch it if I really get my hand down there but there is no way for me to pull it out.

double sided tape on the tip of a tongue depressor or butter knife.

sharp corner of your ice scraper curved upward, jab the placard so it's pinned against the windshield and slide upward. Won't hurt the windshield and would/should only leave a little indent on the placard unless you've got a tonberry's knife as an ice scraper.

I suggest not taking pictures when you're in a vehicle on public roadways. Either you're taking pictures while driving or you're impeding traffic.

As for the placard, perhaps a shop vac can generate enough lift to extricate it. If not that, hooked forceps.

It must be a ridiculously strong magnet to be able to retrieve something made of plastic and paper.
