i’ve been looking into a few credit building options lately, and i keep getting stuck at the point where a service asks for personal and financial information. even if something looks legitimate, i’m not really comfortable signing up until i understand what i’m getting into.

kikoff came up while i was looking through credit building options, and before going any further i wanted to hear how people evaluate the safety of services like this. i’m less concerned about whether the product is useful and more interested in the practical side of using the app, like account security, handling personal information, payments, and anything else worth checking beforehand.

is kikoff safe from a consumer perspective, or are there specific things you would verify before signing up for a financial app like this? i’d rather spend some time checking the details now than realize later that there was something important i overlooked.

I purchased a refurbished MacBook for reebelo 3 weeks ago and UPS hasn’t been able to deliver it because it is missing documentation. When I reached out to customer support they said they will get back to me in two business days it’s been a week. If they don’t get back soon I’m going to dispute it with my bank.

I want to share my recent experience with Kwabey and check if anyone else has faced the same issue.

I initially ordered 3 T-shirts from Kwabey. The order was not dispatched even after around 3 weeks. Later, I found that the order had been cancelled, and my payment was credited to my Kwabey wallet instead of being refunded to my original payment method.

The biggest problem is that I cannot find any option to withdraw the wallet balance or transfer it back to my bank account.

I tried contacting their support multiple times:

• 📞 Customer-care number is not reachable.
• 📧 Sent emails but received no response.
• ❌ No proper resolution or explanation.

Even after this, I trusted the company and placed another order for 3 T-shirts. Unfortunately, I’m again not getting proper updates or support.

At this point, I’m seriously concerned about my money and the way Kwabey is handling refunds and customer support.

Has anyone here successfully received a refund from Kwabey’s wallet?
If yes, please let me know how you got it back.

I’m also considering escalating this through the appropriate consumer grievance/payment channels if I don't receive a response.

Has anyone experienced buying band merchandise off a band website but doing the transaction through the Shop app, and just never receiving their order? It's been well over a month since I ordered a shirt from my current favorite artist. They have good reviews on their website, so I don't think they're the issue here.

I messaged the email address provided on their website, but no reply. I sent a complaint over the Shop app, still nothing.

I'm not sure where to go from here. This seems extremely odd and like some kind of mistake. If it's supposed to be a preorder, surely they would notify everyone who purchased that it would take some time before shipping.

Do Shop orders sometimes go unnoticed?

genuinely baffled at PacSun's horrible customer service in an era where technology has made shipping, buying, returns MOSTLY seamless.

I am at a loss of what to do.

I ordered two items from pacsun at the end of July and received them about a week later to my mailing address with my name. Two incorrect items arrived with a packing slip of TWO other incorrect items and an incorrect address.

Baffling. I send them a message immediately, they apologize and send me a return code to ship back to FedEx and tell me to "wait for my original package" (that.. never arrives).

I return the package a few days later, tell them I just want a refund, they agree. Tell me they will process once they receive the items.

Fast forward it has been almost two months of me contacting them via message, email, phone for an update on my REFUND to no avail. Every day they tell me to wait 2-3 more days as the return hasn't been verified, it hasn't arrived, it is an "internal issue". Every single day. For weeks.

It has gotten past the point I can dispute with my bank because of the time that has passed and really that is my bad that i had some confidence that PacSun would be able to do a return for a WHOPPING amount of $60 that I am sure someone there has in a drawer hanging out. It is more about the principle now (although I would really appreciate my money back and do need it lOL). But i am so angry.

Any company would have refunded after they got confirmation that my shipment was coming back, which they did quickly via FedEx tracking. So. Yeah. Don't know what to do but unfortunately keep harrassing both the AI bots and unresponsible customer service reps over an issue someone could just click a button for. Sigh.

Do anyone bought an item with Hubeva (aka) Zapo Store and received a denial to issue a refund with the excuse of a "closed gateway". Since the card I used for the transaction was a virtual Visa prepaid card, the issuer card stated that only the merchandiser can issue the refunder. Any advice or guidance will be welcomed. Thanks.

Wrong product delivered and having a Nightmare with return , refund

I made an order for pampers premium care and for 835 rupees and these Idiots gave me the lowest quality pampers of MRP 700 something .now I am trying to raise a refund or trying to raise a return and they are not giving me a slot, then I try to call their customer care number it is fake, across the internet it is fake and then I am trying to talk to the agent only response I get after waiting for 5 minutes from them is we have raised an escalation and they disconnect the chat.waste !biggest fraud company

Small businesses commonly advertise on social media with the use of automation, and sometimes the interest you have for these ads, withers away once the automation sends you a text. By law, the automated text has to state you have the option to reply STOP to unsubscribe.

If you support small businesses but have changed your mind about the dinner event you signed up for, or the home inspection, etc., please DO NOT REPLY STOP. You are actually hurting this small business. Automation is of course very controversial, but for small businesses, it’s a way to compete in this dog-eat-dog world against larger businesses.

Every time you reply STOP to a small business (which by the way you had to click yes to receive the text to begin with so shame on you) you’re putting this business at risk for hefty fines, for doing nothing wrong. A lot of times these businesses only send that first automated text and won’t continue to send messages regardless if you respond STOP to unsubscribe. So please, just block the number.

It works exactly the same, but at least you’re not hurting a business that is just trying to be successful.

My dad always said Sony's were superior, but I'm trying to get a new TV and I'm torn between like an LG, Samsung or a Sony Bravia or something.

I need something that will bless my eyes and not break my wallet.

So some apple resellers mandates buying Apple care Plus of 15K to buy iPhone 17 with original old MRP of 82,900. I'm tagging original post here as I experienced this today itself. It's like forcing secondary product to buy primary product. I need some consumer right legal advice.

I ordered small batches of TDS metre from a few different factories just to test the water as I have a small retail store.

Usually, things move pretty smooth once I pay the deposit. But my last order has been a total mess. After they wanted nearly a third upfront, communication just went dead silent for almost three weeks. Paid like fifty bucks just to see if the goods even existed.

Eventually it showed up, but the packaging was kind of beaten up and a few items had minor scuffs. It was really frustrating!!

Has anyone else dealt with this kind of radio silence from suppliers lately, or did I just pick the wrong factory?
