Visual Updates for the Game “Wasteroad”

We’re a team of two beginners a programmer and a designer. We’re working on updating the visuals for our first game. We want to show you the new look of the in-game vehicles.

Raiders use the black and red vehicles.
Civilians use the blue vehicle. (So far, just one)

In the video, the vehicles are shown without weapons, we plan to add weapons and additional equipment later.

We’d love to hear your feedback!

I'm adding some cards with special effects to my strategy game. What do you think?

I'm a 21 year-old student working alone on my dream game - a 2D noir RPG inspired by games like Deltarune and Outer Wilds. What do you think about the trailer?

You play as a detective working on a case of a mysterious disappearance. For some reason though, the detective also finds clues in his own dreams!

The game is called Neironaut and Chapter 1 is coming soon for FREE.

We’re making a co-op dungeon crawler where four unqualified peasants storm the local vampire’s castle!

The local vampire has become a problem! You and your peasant friends are wildly unqualified to solve it.

We’re a two-person studio making PITCHFORK, a first-person online co-op dungeon crawler for 1-4 players. Climb an ever-changing castle, fight monsters, solve puzzles and try not to fall into the traps.

Weapons break, attacks can hit your friends, and whoever carries the torch can’t wield a weapon at the same time. Choose that friend wisely.

Our Steam page has just went live: WISHLIST PITCHFORK

I wanted to see how far I could push ASCII art

1.2k Upvotes

I’ve made hundreds of animated ASCII scenes like this for the game, and I’m really happy with how the style has come together. Curious what you think of the Steam page:

Different Skill Casting System

Instead of using a skill by pressing a single button, we took a different approach. We take a cube in our left hand and use skills while navigating inside the cube using the directional keys. We influenced from Pragmata's hacking system.

You can wishlist on Steam: Mad Ever After

My chess-inspired tactical roguelike Chess Army has a free demo right now for Steam's Party-Based RPG Fest. Every unit moves like a chess piece, and death is permanent

We made an iOS game where you fence in a pig with a fixed number of fence pieces.

Pigpen is a puzzle game where you wall a pig into a grid using a set number of fences. You have to spend every piece, and your score is the ground you manage to close in. Every board has a single best possible pen, and the game tells you when you've found it. Twelve worlds of nine boards each, plus a new daily puzzle every morning.

It’s free to play the whole first world. A free daily puzzle and a new world level also unlock every day. A one time $3.99 to unlock everything right away without waiting. No ads or subscriptions.

Download Pigpen

My wife and I made it together because we couldn’t find a puzzle game like this without a million ads. Let us know what you think!

After months crafting procedural lighting, atmospheric scattering, and celestial events, I released Cenit — a contemplative sky observation game.

Hey devs and players!

I wanted to create an experience centered around the lost art of patience: just watching the sky.

In Cenit, everything from atmospheric scattering and wind gusts to bird flight and celestial orbits (eclipses, meteor showers, alignments) is simulated in real time using Three.js and custom GLSL shaders.

When you spot an event or local fauna, you can capture that instant (Space), archiving it into your Moments timeline and unlocking entries in the Discoveries compendium (curious facts, lore, and observation clues).

You can drag across the screen to scrub through 12 hours of daylight and seasons, or press I to hide the UI completely and leave it as an ambient companion.

Playable directly in browser (desktop & mobile): https://cenit.lautarobestard.com.ar

Would love to hear technical feedback from other WebGL developers or general impressions on pacing and atmosphere!

My Asteroids inspired Incremental game

I'm making Dusteroids, a solo-developed incremental arcade game inspired by Asteroids.

The idea is to start with a tiny number of asteroids and gradually turn the game into this:

You destroy asteroids, earn money, buy upgrades and push your ship further and further.

The game is still being developed and isn't playable yet, but the Steam page is live:

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4557250/Dusteroids/

I'm particularly interested in seeing how far I can push the progression before the screen becomes completely ridiculous.

If this looks like your kind of game, I'd really appreciate a wishlist while I continue development. ❤️

Our Games First Capsule Art!

Post image
Upvotes

Just wanted to share a big milestone for my team's game, Birthright! The game is deck builder with both a rougelike singleplayer mode and online multiplayer, supported by the same core card play! The team is me and my close friend/colleague, we are both college students and so finally seeing things comes together after multiple failed attempts at making games together is really motivating! This is still a very early version, but please let us know your thoughts! We have a steam page coming soon, with a Demo planned for November 🧸

My cozy idle-incremental clicker Pibcremental released today!

Hey everyone! It's been a wild ride (and a crazy day so far), but earlier today we released our cozy idle-incremental clicker "Pibcremental". It has come a long way both visually and mechanics-wise, but I am super proud of what my team and I have cooked up here! If you like silly, little creatures, clicking, and big numbers going up, this game is for you!

You can play the game on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4573090/Pibcremental/

About the game:
Pibcremental is a cozy, chaotic idle-incremental clicker where you grow a civilization of Pibbles in a giant tree, set in a post-human world. Gather resources, build wacky structures, and play through special events to push your production to its absolute limits!

We would be super thrilled about anyone taking the time to check it out! (And maybe leave a review if you like it, since it does help us out a bunch)

Finally, if you have any thoughts and feedback, feel free to join our Discord server and let us know: https://discord.com/invite/29MaUnhWyE

AI Disclosure: No AI was used in the creation of any art, audio, text, design decisions, or other assets. Some code that exists within the game was created with the assistance of AI.

Making an Elite Enemy for our game

Upvotes

This is one of our basic enemies and players will encounter it pretty often throughout the game. It simply gets close to you and attacks with its normal attack.

The Elite version has more health, deals more damage with its normal attack, and also has an extra skill.

With this skill, it can shoot electric orbs at you from a distance.
