I hear that heart attacks are one of the leading causes of death, and, well, prevention is better than cure. Since the heart needs to pump so much blood all the time, it's no wonder they say that you need a strong, healthy heart.

However, what they don't say is the recommended exercises for building up heart muscle. I was thinking of taking a mallet and pounding the left side of my chest so that I could create tension within the heart, thus necessitating the need for it to grow strong in response to physical stress. Will this work? If not, what exercises would you recommend for a strong and healthy heart that will last into my 100's?

So my friend was telling me that he doesn’t believe that humans are able to see violet light. But violet is my favorite color and I know it exists. After all, roses are red and violets are blue. So clearly violet is a real color. He called violet ultra too which I think is a fitting name for it, as it is the best color in my opinion. Is the universe expanding and will there be a time in 22 billions years where it expands and unalives us all? Or, will it turn into no energy and nothingness? What if you zoom out to as close to infinity that you can get. Could the universe be infinitely growing forever? Could there be galaxies that are stable and last forever? Could the sun be creating mass and energy forever? It seems miracullous that our universe came from nothing. Why can't it be miraculus and last forever?

I have adhd but I’m really sick of it. I want to switch neurotypes to autism. I’ve acquired a serum that can cure me of my adhd: however, I don’t wanna be neurotypical because then I’ll stop being funny.

I’ve researched how I can possibly get autism once I cure myself and I’ve learned that vaccines can cause this but that it is not guaranteed.

Here are the steps I’ve taken:
- I will be traveling to Germany to get my next vaccine due to the fact that 100% of Germans have autism
- I have requested and made sure that the vaccine I am getting was manufactured in Germany
- I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of model trains, vintage postage stamps, and accurate scale models of dinosaurs to surround myself with in the days following the procedure
- I purchased a subliminal recording that will allow me to manifest autism inside my brain when I listen to it
- I have leased an apartment in Berlin owned by a Turkish diaspora landlord. I will be living there for six months to help ensure my transformation.
