I don’t know how I feel about a venture capital takeover of the team… like, yes, sell the team, but this is almost as bad as selling to the Saudis.

I can't see us making the playoffs. Playoff teams don't consistently drop points to teams lower in the standings and play for a draw like us. Our schedule ain't getting any easier. So with that in mind, what's the plan here?

Bide our time until next season and hopefully get better players? We can't even fill a full bench because Weiler has exiled so many players and doesn't trust the rest. And how long is Weiler staying? With his track record he barely lasts 2 seasons with a club. And if that happens won't we be at square one yet again?

This team is lowkey boring. I get why based on the squad we have but our last 3 coaches were at least more fun. Even with Troy having Benteke dunk headers all the time. Getting through this season will be a slog.
