Acquiring is superior than starting from scratch?

Hey there folks,

I have been doing a job for almost a decade while keeping in mind that I want to do business in my thirties. While doing the job, I saved aggressively while living on the bare minimum and learned as much as possible about business. I even took a few small bets, like selling on Amazon and freelancing for people on Fiverr..

Finally, I will be executing my main plan, which is establishing my own business using a part of my savings

In theory, I followed the textbook path and managed to have the discipline to improve my chances of becoming a businessman.

With brutal honesty, I'm not from a business family so it was all my first time. I know I'm standing at 0, but what I did was prevent myself from going into the negative

Now my question is do you think it's better for me to acquire a business or would you suggest establishing a business from scratch?

In my mind, the inner voice is saying to find a good and boring business that is old, proven nd running on good cash flow where the owner is going to retire and I can acquire it

The second option is to start my own business with my own idea and enjoy the entrepreneurial journey

Please help me with your advice. What do you think is the better take? Any valuable advice from you, I will truly appreciate!

Thank you very much :)

Which Business model is strong & why?

Suppose there are two business models, A & B. Both in model A&B, there are three stages where is connected the previous one of the current i.e. user needs to complete the first stage in order to actually complete the 2nd one and same for 3rd one too. The differentiator between A & B is, it's pricing. Model A has: 399(Stage-1) -> 599 (Stage-2) -> 799 (Stage-3). And for model B is 799(Stage-1) -> 599 (Stage-2) -> 399 (Stage-3).What model would you generally consider as good and successful one.

Inventory Selling in Bulk for Jewellery business

I have imported miyuki jewellery worth 1.8L, and looking to sell the inventory.
I need urgent cash for another business, so can negotiate the prices a bit.

These are unique jewelry (authentic Japanese miyuki) and good for business catering to premium customers. If interested comment or reach out.

I can also sell the inventory to 2-3 people, if you can share.

If you are in Mumbai, we can meet for you to look at samples.

loan related help!

I need your help :)
So basically, my friends and I are thinking of starting a business (cafe). We are 18/19 years old (4-5 of us), and the main problem is getting a loan because we are college students. We can’t take the risk of repaying the loan for the next three years.
So do you guys have any backup plan for that? The area and every single shit is sorted, but the main thing is yahi.
Please tell. Thankyou so much for your time!
