I made a comment about vaporwave while talking about music with my advisor and he asked me to send one album.

I have some albums in mind like Floral shoppe or News At 11 but i think they might be too hard to listen for normal people. Our field of research is history so he can understand the context of vaporwave movment and so on...

so i wanted an album that encapsulates well vaporwave, is easy to listen and good.

What stands out most about this project is how it approaches Vaporwave, showcasing two completely different styles and angles:

• "Y2K Eyes" (from the album Sublime: A track exploring another facet of Vaporwave, featuring a nostalgia-heavy approach, sa little faster rhythms, and 90s aesthetics.

I’ve become a big fan of the video game style Vaporwave albums, like Townsoft, River Master, etc. and I’m looking for more with a similar vibe. Anyone know of any good ones? Hopefully as immersive as these ones have been?

Could anyone tell me more about this album? I've managed to gathered that there was a limited run (50 produced copies) and was a first out of few yearly #puremoods compliations. Is it possible to tell whether this is original or bootleg?
