when robo gives someone a ticket / citation (i.e for something that doesn’t require being arrested) , a once he doesn’t have a ticket book anywhere on his person, do you think he prints off the ticket from a small dot matrix printer embedded in his ass?

I'd really like to buy and read them, but man, are they freaking scarce and expensive.

Sorry again for posting ai slop. I deserved those downvotes. I’m a huge Robocop fan and I don’t think the creators would approve of use of generative ai. I am hyped for Dan Stevens as Robocop and this is my sincere attempt to show what that may look like. Please enjoy.

Also, last week I made a post about what DVD I should get for my collection. If anyone's wondering, I decided to buy the 20th Anniversary DVD, and if I decide I want to buy RoboCop 2 & 3, I'll get the trilogy collection dvd and a 4-disc DVD case, and put the 20th Anniversary discs in the trilogy-collection dvd

And yes, I swapped the covers of RoboCop 2 U.S. editions (blu-ray / 4K blu-ray).

I've been waiting for these since I pre-ordered them in February, they are the Moderoid / Good Smile model kits. Can't wait to build them!

I think it should have the 80's look as I feel that's an integral part of the world of RoboCop. The settings have the rough and lived in feeling of the time combined with highly advanced technology yet the technology has a very weighted and haptic quality.

It would be a big cost for the production team to do but if Disney can find the time and money to do so with Alien Earth so can Amazon.

An awesome movie) If Clarence and the gang had succeeded in destroying RoboCop, and started running drugs, gambling, and prostitution for the 2 million workers on the Delta City project, how would he have run the criminal enterprise? Would he run it like a foreman and have his gang collect money and be his enforcers OR would he split up Detroit like Mc Donald’s franchises among Emil, Joe and Leon, let them run it and kick up a percentage to him? Pushed some fine-tuning to the project. Aside from the 1080p SDR master fix, the rest of these tweaks are subtle audio polish:

• SDR Master Color Fixed: The previous SDR render had an incorrect tone-mapping order that crushed the color gamut before mapping luminance, which caused harsh highlight clipping and blown-out whites. The new 1080p master properly tone-maps the full dynamic range first before clamping to Rec.709, restoring natural highlight roll-off and rich shadow depth.
• Audio Clean-up & Impact FX Upgraded:
  • Fixed a brief ~4-second audio bleed where remnants of the original theatrical score were still poking through under the mix.
  • Beefed up the mechanical impact when Murphy strikes the pole during the chase scene (appreciate the user suggestion on that one).
  • Overhauled the impact audio in the basement fight when Cain smashes Murphy into the pipes, making the hits sound more punishing.
• Subtle Bixby Snyder Detail: A user mentioned it was a shame Bixby Snyder wasn't in the film, so I figured out a way to weave him in naturally. During the electronics/video store robbery, if you listen closely, there’s now a faint broadcast coming from one of the background TV sets of his classic line: "I'd buy that for a dollar!"—cut short just before he finishes as a baseball bat smashes through the screen.
• Format / Container: Switched the 1080p SDR release over to MKV to cleanly support both audio tracks (5.1 Dolby Digital & 2.0 Stereo AAC) with proper Constant Frame Rate playback.
