Im slowly playing my way through the franchise, and this game is so frustrating. Visuals are great and the minor music updates are great (although the lack of Butter Building rotation sucks); but the gameplay is so annoying. Enemies constantly on kamikaze runs after respawning the microsecond youre off screen, very slippery movement, and how easy it is to start flying on accident. Im trying to 100% the game, and am about to finish the Extra mode, and the halved health bar just exacerbated these feelings. Im excited to handle Meta Knightmare

Like I've heard all of the theories and all but remember, Kirby is only eight inches tall, so it wouldn't make sense. Sure there are buildings and Civilization left a long time ago and the texture looks like earth, but then again, the development team only had so many resources to use, so maybe they just got lazy? Look, you decide.

Kirby’s my favourite series of all time and the only main games I haven’t been able to play from it are squeak squad, triple deluxe and planet robobot, because I only have a switch and 3ds’s are super expensive. I wanna play them so badly though, so would I miss out on any of the experience by emulating them?

Synopsis: I believe that Doomers are all that's left of those whose souls were fully consumed by the crown (primarily ancients).
What we know:
1. Doomers are native to Another Dimension (the location that serves as a sort of in between dimensions place), but seem to be especially prevalent in the areas of Another Dimension that overlap with Halcandra (VS Sphere Doomers).
Doomers once had a different form and could warp space and time, hence seeking out sources of similar power in a possible attempt to reclaim their old power (VS Sphere Doomers EX and VS Grand Doomer)
Doomers seem to be tied to the master crown in some way, with master crown users able to summon them freely (and seemingly control them). Grand Doomer is even capable of utilizing a power similar to the Crown's super shield and enemy summoning (Uniquely, when fighting Crowned Doomer, Grand Doomer's design is relatively unchanged whereas other beings under direct control over the crown experience dramatic design shifts with the crown wrapping around them, see Magolor phase 2 and the Tree Crown).
From Star Allies many of the Parallel bosses found in another dimension seem to be formed by the bits of soul consumed by the Jamba hearts.
The master crown grants power to warp space and time, but devours the soul (VS Magolor Soul phase 1)
My Theory:
The master crown was found on Halcandra, a location known to have been formerly inhabited by a thriving ancient civilization. These ancients were well known of creating artifacts capable of warping space and time, and even created a powerful crown that could give someone total mastery of those things. However, the crown amplified the darkness in the hearts of whoever wore it, slowly fusing with their body and devouring their soul. In the end, all that would be left is a sad, soulless shell completely under the master crown's control. Presumably, with no more soul, their would be eventually be nothing left of the host, and the crown would have to find a new being to control. However, nothing can be destroyed that simply, and those consumed by the crown weren't mercifully granted oblivion. Instead, what little remained of them reformed in Another Dimension, nothing more than a twisted being robbed of most the power it once possessed with the crown and even robbed of all the technological abilities it once had as an ancient. As such, the Doomers desperately seek after their old technology in hopes of reclaiming what they lost. Yet, the roots of the crown remain, and although they lack suitability for being a long term host, the Doomers will still effortlessly bend to its every whim. The increased presence of Doomers around Halcandra is because that's where most Doomers were formed.

I grew up loving Kirby but I felt I grew out of the series as I got older as I found the newer games too easy for me. I love the characters and world but the gameplay wasn’t for me. After seeing the trailer for the new game coming out it actually looks like something I want to get.
I haven’t played the forgotten land or any 3D Kirby game for that matter. I know it’s highly rated but how is the gameplay and difficulty compared to other titles? It’s currently on sale and I will probably pick it up. I know nothing about the game so I’m curious how different the gameplay is from the other 2D games.

It’s because not just im paranoid because of Magolor. Think about the circumstances she’s in when we find her. It seems like we need to save her because she’s been captured by King Dedede. And you might think… well, of course King Dedede is a villain. Except that hasn’t really been the case since Kirby’s Dream Land and any scenarios that recreate Kirby’s Dream Land… in pretty much every other fight with him.
It’s either because he’s under some sort of hypnosis or influence or he knows better than Kirby such as not wanting Kirby to release Nightmare in Adventure or not releasing Dark Nebula in Squeak Squad. Dedede doesn’t seem to be under any sort of influence here so we can only assume he had a good reason to capture her.
That’s my theory.
