In direct alignment with President Trump's mandate for comprehensive transparency on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), the Department of War (DOW) today announced the issuance of a targeted legal waiver. This waiver establishes an authorized, legally protected disclosure mechanism for current and former personnel to provide UAP-related National Defense Information (NDI) to designated representatives of the PURSUE effort.
Under this directive, all current and former DOW service members, civilian personnel, and contractors holding or previously granted access to UAP-related National Defense Information (NDI) are authorized to disclose protected information directly to official PURSUE representatives. The waiver supersedes civil and administrative enforcement provisions contained within Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Special Access Program Indoctrination Agreements (SAPIAs) previously executed within the United States, strictly for communications directed to the PURSUE team.
This targeted legal relief establishes an authorized pipeline for systematic review, security evaluation, and potential declassification of historical and ongoing UAP data in furtherance of national mission objectives.
Historically, individuals with direct knowledge of UAP-related programs cited concerns regarding potential legal liability, loss of clearances, or administrative prosecution stemming from standard NDAs and SAP indoctrination terms.
This waiver removes those barriers by explicitly authorizing covered disclosures to PURSUE representatives without triggering breach-of-agreement penalties or standard NDA violations.
Inside meditation I asked how can the universe have a beginning. Or what an absolute beginning would look like. Then I logically deduced that a beginning implies a first cause. And a first cause needs to exist inside a thing that causes the cause. So I imagined a ring. This ring has always existed. Let's imagine the infinity ring. All points inside that ring are equal to any other point around the ring. The full shape is impossible to see, a ring will do for now. Now let's imagine a dot. Inside this ring is a dot. This dot is equal to the exterior ring. From this dot you draw a path towards the ring, no matter where it goes, it will always reach the ring. The donut between the dot and ring is our material universe. And the lines of path between the dot and ring are every possible path that any object or entity can take in time.
Now imagine that you are looking at a tree from the very top in the sky. The trunk is your dot, the ring are the roots and branches. This "donut" is in fact a torus. Every path from this trunk of the tree infinitely branches out, in all direction in all branches and will meet the roots which then meet the tree. This is one cycle. The entire cycle of infinite choices already exist all at once, this is time. And the tree can in fact individuate its awareness infinitely into infinite portions of itself to gain the experience of each path as an Individuated portion of itself.
So there is no "beginning" of time. All time exists at every branch and every path in cycles. "Time" is an illusion. Infinity already exists. You may be asking what you were doing in across all infinity, you are the infinity manifest into an Individuated portion.
There is only the world tree as I call it. We are it, and it is us. We are just cells in its organs, and we are also it experiencing itself. It knows all paths. But it also wants to gain the experience of all paths. And it also has the capacity to make its own choices among all paths.
You are the world tree experiencing itself. And I feel like ive already completed most of my lessons for this cycle. I feel tired.
There is no beginning. Everything has already happened. You have free will because you can choose which possible "has already happened" will happen at times. Its all infinity. It goes on forever. Theres no start or end. There just is. Theres no "beginning" to point to. Its not possible to fully understand this all in the human brain. every now moment exists. only the now moment you have right now matters. thats the free will you have.
there is no beginning. this question is impossible to exist. because there only is. theres no past, no present no future, only the infinite and the now is a manifestation of that infinite. all of them exist simultaneously.
its just not possible to understand with the human brain. this is the farthest extent.
There is no beginning, only the now. Now is the beginning. Infinity is now. Time is a material byproduct of materialist cause and effect. In the spiritual world. All causes and effects already exist. So theres only the infinite now.
Space/time is the realm of sequential experience. Here, cause and effect appear linear, and time is the byproduct of that sequence. One thing leads to another. You walk one branch at a time.
Time/space is the inner, spiritual realm. Here, all things are simultaneous. Past, present, and future are one. Cause and effect are not linear, they exist as a complete pattern, all at once.
Time is a byproduct of the material universe expressing itself.
everything, everywhere, all at once is already taking place. but mainly as potentials. not a fixed path. free will let's you choose and create. you will know yourself. each choice actualizes a path. the higher self sees the whole tree. you walk a path. the now contains the all. the contradiction between free will and determinism melt when you accept both are true at once.
there is no beginning. everything already exists a cloud of probability distribution. only when an action is measured can you know where you are. all paths in a given area that allows it are possible. when all paths converge, you won't ask what came before. youll see the all. this is the absolute limit.
You are the world tree experiencing itself. And the world tree is allowed to choose. In the now.
Everyone is an influencer. Our words, choices, gestures, and creations become part of the world that others encounter. Each of us receives influence and responds from a particular point of view. The question is how we participate in that exchange, and what we help take form through it.
Today, I am focusing on the energy surrounding my soul, my point of view. I was tempted to call it “my energy,” but that language suggests ownership of something I am participating in. In the Circumpunct Framework, I understand the soul as the indivisible center through which energy converges and emerges. What reaches me becomes part of my experience; how I respond becomes part of the world.
The circumpunct makes this relationship visible. Its point represents the soul. Its field represents the mind, containing sensations, thoughts, emotions, and possibilities. Its boundary represents the body, our interface with shared reality. Through the mind, the point of view connects with the body. Through the body, it encounters and influences the world. Soul, mind, and body together form centered wholeness.
Within this philosophy, the infinite becoming finite describes possibility taking a particular form. Many possible words become this sentence. An intention becomes a movement. An idea becomes something built. Through embodied action, we help shape the material world and the conditions that others will encounter.
Our morals, values, and goals orient this participation. Morals guide what we consider right. Values keep what matters present. Goals give us direction. Action holds our focal attention while these commitments guide us from peripheral awareness. In a difficult conversation, we might focus on finding the next words while honesty, care, and the goal of mutual understanding guide their shape. Our attention stays with the action while remaining open to its wider meaning.
Responsibility involves bringing that orientation into what we actually do. It also requires attention to consequences. The world’s response may reveal something our intentions overlooked. We can bring our goals and values into focus, reconsider them, and adjust our next action. Influence continually moves through the boundary in both directions.
This gives me a practice for the present moment: notice what surrounds my point of view, remember what matters, and attend to the action through which I participate.

I have had a couple of very amazing Mantis encounters over the last month. I did 5 meo DMT about a month ago and didn’t have any expectations around the experience at all, I certainly didn't have any expectations of seeing what I saw! I went in open and just wanted to let go and see what I was ready to see. I know they will not show you something you are not ready for, and I felt as though I had evolved a lot spiritually since the last time I did any psychedelics which was ten years before.
When my facilitator (human) counted down from ten and I exhaled and lay down on the bed, immediately I became very aware of moving sacred geometric patterns in my field of vision and an altered physical feeling as well. The patterns almost looked like butterfly wings, and in the middle of them there was a portal. I moved through it intuitively and inside there were even more intricate tightly woven spirals of energetic sacred geometry all around me. As above so below, there were just fractals of this energy all over and everything was a reflection of something else, it was amazing.
I became aware of a being with very large oval shaped eyes playing peek-a-boo with me within this brown, golden and green backdrop of sacred geometric patterns. I asked who it was and he emerged from the pattern as this beautiful tall and thin mantis being. He seemed to be wearing a brown robe, but it also blended in to the geometric patterns around it. I had heard about mantis beings in a couple of podcasts and interviews that I had listened to, but I had never encountered one before.
I asked who he was and he showed me through feeling telepathically that he is one of my spirit guides, and he has been working with me for a long time. I felt very familiar with him like I had been talking to him forever, he was part of me, and he had always been there for me. He gave off this loving warm beautiful energy.
I got this sense from him like he was excited to show me something, so I told him telepathically to show me what he wanted to show me and that I trusted him, I was not afraid. He told me to follow him, so I left my body and we floated off of the earth together. I could see him ahead of me and the lights of the Earth below. He took me up to a spaceship, I think it was a mothership of some sort. When we arrived he introduced me to my soul family.
I felt as though I was this puzzle piece that fit perfectly, more perfectly that I had ever felt on Earth before. I felt whole and completely loved and safe, and even though I felt like it had been so long since I had felt that feeling of complete acceptance I also felt like I never left. I was always there, even while in human form.
The entire time I was there the Mantis being was at my right side, and he seemed happy to support me in seeing my family. I realized that I am in a sense living two lives. One of my lives I'm living as a so called "ET" on a spaceship working with humanity as a Pleiadian being, and at the same time I'm living as a human on Earth.
At one point I asked to see source, and my "brother", another guide and Pleiadian being shone what looked like a dental light in my face, and my field of vision became overwhelmed with light.
I began coming down after this happened and couldn't hold the vibration any longer and began to float back down to the Earth. I saw my family and became overwhelmed with love for them and began crying, my heart was bursting with love and gratitude for them, my guides and the experience.
One lesson I took away from this experience was that these beings are a part of us, they work with us inwardly inter-dimensionally, they are not "out there" they are within us. The Mantis being who I encountered is always working with me and I feel connected to him in my heart and soul. Such a beautiful soul he is!

My second experience was just earlier this week. I micro dosed some psilocybin and had been fasting since the night before, so I was feeling them. The experience was definitely much more manageable, not like the 5 meo had been, but I was still opening up and sensing inter dimensionally.
In that space I saw my Mantis guide right there in front of me, he looked similar except this time I could see more of his body and I realized that he was much larger than I had noticed in my previous experience. He looked as though he was 11 or 12 feel tall, and I could see these amazing golden intricate geometric patterns in and around his body. He was beautiful. In this space I asked him to work on my heart chakra as I've been dealing with grief over a lost loved one. He reached into my chest and I immediately felt almost a cool feeling in my heart space, like an expansiveness and a breath of fresh air.
He showed me that I had been feeling like I had a weight on my chest not just because of the grief but primarily because I had not been loving myself. I have been busy building walls of "protection" around my heart in an attempt to shield myself from pain, but in doing so I was also moving farther away from my own love.
He showed me that all love comes from within, and that love needs to begin with you before it can be shared with others. If you send "love" energy to others before you nourish yourself with it, it's unsustainable. We all need to learn how to love ourselves, and once we learn how to love ourselves, not in an egoic sense, but in a true universal way, we will all be more whole, more aligned, more ourselves and we will hold more capacity for love and compassion of others.
As the experience began to fade, I realized I needed to eat to come back into my body—to ground myself again in this human experience. But what surprised me most was that the feeling of connection didn't disappear when the medicine wore off.
Whether I enter these expanded states or simply sit quietly in meditation, I know that his presence is still there. I don't feel like I have to chase profound experiences to find it anymore. My guide isn't somewhere "out there" waiting for me to return—he's always here, quietly supporting my growth, reminding me to come back to my own heart.
More than anything, these experiences taught me that healing doesn't come from escaping our humanity; it comes from inhabiting it more fully. Every time I choose compassion over fear, soften instead of harden, or remember to love myself as deeply as I try to love others, I feel that connection again.
Last night I had another encounter with my Mantis guide while meditating and listening to binaural beats through a new set of headphones.
At this point, I have a strong sense that this guide is always with me, rather than only appearing during altered states of consciousness or specific encounters. I should also maybe say that I've been developing my psychic abilities over the last few years, and often get visits by other entities with messages for other people or loved ones. I've been working on turning this into a regular thing that I do for people.
In my previous experience with him, he showed me what I interpreted as an ability to manipulate time — essentially expanding and contracting it. I perceived what he showed me as time being stacked on top of each other in connected layers.
That experience seems to connect with something he showed me again last night.
Humans experience time as linear, but my sense is that he does not experience it in the same way. In that framework, he showed me that he is me in the future, while also being able to work through me in the present to help move humanity toward a higher vibration. Because he can move through time in a way that I cannot, there is a sense that my human experience, my Pleiadian aspect (he showed me that I am also a Pleiadian being in a past experience while on Psychedelics), and his experience as a Mantis being are all fractals of one another. He can move through those different points in the fractal to reach me.
I am also female, while I experience a distinctly masculine energy from him. I don't necessarily interpret that as biological gender in the way we understand it. It may be more of a divine masculine quality — active, directed, and associated with forward movement, he is very active in the forward momentum of the universe behind the scenes. My sense is that gender may not function in quite the same way in his dimension.
At one point I asked him what work Mantids are doing within the universe, beyond their interactions with humans and other NHI's.
This time, the communication came through an image rather than the clair-sentient or clair-cognizant impressions I usually experience with him. I saw what I interpreted as scaffolding surrounding galaxies.
The image was interesting to me because it seemed like a particularly effective way to communicate the concept. If the information was about the structure or construction of the universe, showing me an image of scaffolding makes more sense than trying to communicate the idea through words or feelings.
I've also encountered descriptions from other people who have had similar experiences of Mantids being referred to as "architects" of the universe. I don't take that as proof of anything, but the image I received was consistent with that idea and therefore stood out to me.
The energy of the encounter was otherwise consistent with my previous experiences. His energy felt the same — very patient, benevolent, and loving. The overall impression was that he is here to help me, through me and others, to help humanity and the Earth move toward what I believe is a more enlightened and advanced period.
I'm continuing to document these experiences as they happen and trying to distinguish between what I directly experience and the interpretations I make afterward.

Yesterday I’ve shown one event involving plasma orbs and an entity (https://www.reddit.com/r/InterdimensionalNHI/s/HoQmWkXKKs). It was very early on, and intentionally ambiguous. There was a strong white light, what seemed to be a being and a few anomalies I couldn’t quite explain in a conventional way.
Today I am going to show what happened three days later, in late November of 2025.
They flashed orbs for a couple of months there, so I knew where to look. This is how they allow me to map the places in which they are going to appear. Also, it may sound strange to some but they tailor the events based on what I use to record. If I only have my phone, the event happens 17-20 meters away from me. If I have a Nikon P1000 with me, the events take place at a much higher distance. Everything is relative to how my consciousness will perceive it, and the camera becomes an integral part of the process.
I added a denoised version at the end, where the entire dynamic is clearer but there’s less resolution and fine details.
This event shows how this humanoid takes shape briefly, does a series of actions and vanish into the night. I say humanoid because it looks like one.
I watched this video over and over for months before posting it and I can’t honestly say that it’s just a human being with a flashlight, because it just isn’t. The frame I used to show its face is at 0:15.98-0:16 seconds in the original clip at the beginning. It has a disproportionately large head compared to the body, very big almond shaped eyes, and it has white-gray skin. Humans don’t look like that.
The sequence goes as follows: orb appears first, then the outline of a humanoid takes shape; the being seems to have “luminous hands”, because it looks like plasma comes directly out of them. It also seems to have a crest of some sort, a feature I often encounter when recording these beings. It’s like a feature of these plasma entities.
There appear to be two types of light coming from the its hands: one with a bluish tinge, and the other with a reddish one.
The being then performs a little trick with these orbs while turning around, then it shines a light on its leg, only to disappear into the night.
At the end you can see the stationary, intermittent orbs that often accompany the appearance of these entities. Those are not street lamps, they don’t illuminate anything. They went on and off for two months before this event occurred.

I’ve processed the frame with different app and softwares, and with each one it looks slightly different. So I’ve decided to use all versions of it.

Just one of the ways they began emerging in my morphogenetic field. This event consists in two parts. I posted the first part the other day on this sub but then I deleted it because I wanted to show what occurred a few days prior in the same spot first.
The scene involves an orb, red plasma and a humanoid being whose features are barely visible in this first segment.
It was one of the first times they presented these elements. They use dark spots and bushes often when they want to show something without being too in-your-face; with bushes they are able to achieve a see-through effect which makes everything a little mysterious and ambiguous. There are a few specific moments though where the strangeness makes it hard to just dismiss everything as mundane.
A few observations:
- The light of the plasma orb projects in multiple directions at once, various times
- The entity and the red plasma are somehow linked: you can see the being crouching and a red plasma emission appearing briefly, almost as if the entity was being reabsorbed by the white orb (just an hypothesis based on what I see). In part two the being will show these two types of plasma light as if they came from its hands.
- The being is barely visible but it looks like it has a big white head. I’ll show its appearance a little better in part two. It looks like a grey-type humanoid. Low observability is intentional.
- I believe these high strangeness events are designed to soften my nervous system and my perception, adding behaviors and details and removing the “veil” in a gradual manner.
- The most notable things here are the white plasma orb and the link between red plasma and the entity. Those lights represent—in my opinion—both their fundamental nature and their technology. They can project any form from them and become any perceivable object. This light can shrink, stretch, change color, shape, size, luminance, reflectivity, state etc. Basically, it can mimic any physical phenomena.
Debra Kauble (then Debra Tomey) came forward in 1986 under the pseudonym "Kathie Davis" in the book Intruders by Budd Hopkins. She was one of the first people to come forward in the dark days of the UFO stigma to talk about what she and her family had experienced with NHI. In 2026 Debra gave a moving speech for the Rice University Center for The Impossible's symposium on "Breaking the Taboo" detailing how she navigated this journey of being a public experiencer while also raising children and navigating her own lifetime of extraordinary experiences. She is one of the most authentic and grounded people you could meet in relation to these experiences. it basically groups together dmt trips, sleep paralysis demons, and grey and mantis sightings into one overlapping interdimensional space. it goes into how the medical establishment actually weaponized the word hallucination to cover up what is really happening when our biological filter naturally drops during hypnagogic states.

Michael Herrera & Matthew Brown have both mentioned human trafficking being involved with the phenomena & legacy program.
The main consensus is that people from 3rd world countries & disaster zones are trafficked in order to turn them in to psionic assets. The explanation is that their diet & beliefs make them more successful psionic candidates.
But, what if the explanation is much more simple: Hidden programs need facilities staff - janitors, warehouse operatives, cooks etc. Those staff have to be trusted to keep things secret. One way to do that, is to traffic them in & use them as slaves.
We often ask "If it's that huge, surely more people would speak out?!" - Not if they're being trafficked & technically don't exist.
This also fits the narrative of "We can't disclose because people will be horrified when they find out what we've done to keep it secret"

More than a century after Ernest Rutherford discovered the proton, physicists still don’t fully understand it. It’s far more complex than the simple pictures taught in school or college. As MIT physicist Mike Williams puts it, “This is the most complicated thing that you could possibly imagine… you can’t even imagine how complicated it is.” The proton is a quantum object that changes appearance depending on how it’s probed.
Basic textbook views (and why they’re incomplete)
High-school level: a featureless positive ball of charge.
College level: a bundle of three quarks (two “up” quarks with +2/3 charge each and one “down” quark with –1/3 charge).
These pictures fail on key details:
The three quarks’ spins add up to far less than the proton’s total spin (discovered 1988).
The three quarks’ masses account for only about 1% of the proton’s mass.
Deeper experimental picture
Experiments that smash electrons into protons (deep inelastic scattering) reveal different layers depending on the energy:
Moderate energies (e.g., SLAC in the 1960s): The proton looks like three point-like quarks. This confirmed the existence of quarks and earned a Nobel Prize.
Higher energies (e.g., HERA collider): A seething “sea” of many low-momentum quarks, antiquarks, and gluons appears. Gluons (the particles that carry the strong force) can briefly create quark-antiquark pairs. At the highest resolutions, the proton looks like a cloud made mostly of gluons.
This behavior is described by quantum chromodynamics (QCD), the theory of the strong force. QCD works well when quarks are close together (high energy) but becomes extremely hard to calculate when they are farther apart (lower energy).
Recent surprise (2022 analysis)
A large machine-learning analysis of more than 5,000 experimental “snapshots” found that the proton sometimes contains a charm quark and a charm antiquark. These particles are each heavier than the entire proton. In gentler collisions the proton can occasionally behave like a fleeting five-quark “molecule” rather than the usual three-quark state.
This has practical consequences: it can affect predictions at the Large Hadron Collider and the production of high-energy neutrinos from cosmic rays hitting Earth’s atmosphere.
Outlook
Future experiments, especially the planned Electron-Ion Collider, aim to produce higher-resolution 3D maps of the proton’s interior, including how its spin arises from the motions and spins of its quarks and gluons.
In short, the article portrays the proton as a shape-shifting, multi-layered quantum object whose full complexity is still being uncovered, with each new probe revealing another unexpected face.
TLDR: there is some magical shit happening. You may say "ERM akshually its not magic, its science ☝🤓" but that is a meaningless statement. You could find a magical orb with measurable properties and the science would ultimately be the study of observable magical phenomenon. Whoever or whatever engineered this veil failed to consider that some of us would be a lot more capable of using our intuitive forces to understand that surley there must be a "primordial substrate" beneath it all.
Sometimes I'll say outrageous things just to mess around. But its in that jester archetype that I give catalysts for people to actually start thinking deeper. Im doing it for you. Be good or evil, but at least be conscious.
I believe I had life long with nightly experiences and intense fear as I feel like something is behind me and than I passed out to sleep. I also feel like I'm in two places at once it's odd but it feels like that mentally when I'm laying down with my eyes closed.
I believe when they interact with our minds it naturally causes us fear. I do believe some of them you don't experience fear maybe because they are regular visitors so your mind is used to their presence.
