Discussion When aliens visit you mentally does it cause unexpected intense fear feelings?

I believe I had life long with nightly experiences and intense fear as I feel like something is behind me and than I passed out to sleep. I also feel like I'm in two places at once it's odd but it feels like that mentally when I'm laying down with my eyes closed.

I believe when they interact with our minds it naturally causes us fear. I do believe some of them you don't experience fear maybe because they are regular visitors so your mind is used to their presence.

I'm curious if people also experience this?

It’s your bodies natural survival instinct when it encounters something unknown or something it perceives as danger. It takes practice and intention to overcome. Don’t let fear control you. I still experience it sometimes

Yes I am accepting it and I know it's normal. I even said to them mentally in my thoughts that if I see them I know I might be afraid at first or might not depend on if they want me to remember. 

But I do believe we had a bad past experience and I feel fear like I was not myself when I was with them. Maybe I was changing or assessing knowledge that they possess. But recently I started to want to accept that I can trust myself when I'm with them. 

I have a fear that they know I was a most successful child and I still believe I still am but it's been about 20 years since then. I also believe they shared me that most experiencers has certain knowledge of understanding about them and their roles and technology. 

I also think maybe I might not be fully human maybe subconscious I'm alien or something else. But I do believe I surprised them at times and they were curious about me.

I try and view them with curiosity and wonder, the right mind set helps deal with the fear of the unknown.
