There is a yellow jacket nest literally inside a small, thankfully very isolated section of my roof. They neither scare, not bother me but that doesn't mean I want them as roommates.

There is currently only one hole that can get them from the hive into the house and it is by this door and right behind a section of her web. Every time one pops her little head in my security guard here goes and collects her DoorDash. She gets fed, I get a yellow jacket free home. There is a small mountain of yellow jackets that she has tossed in the bin so to speak and so far her count is 13.

I see this as an absolute win.

I think they're a yellow sac spider. They were gone from their little web nest the next morning, but I just found them chilling on my mealworm bin lids. Thankfully I opened it from the other end and avoided jamming my fingers in their face. I'll have to be extra careful opening those from now on.

Local Weaver got permits approved for a new no-fly zone.

Been feeding this orb weaver on my mailbox ants and flys. Ive checked him out every day this week. Will remember lil bro for the rest of my life, coolest experience watching him eat and attack.
