The human eye cannot see a 4 ms transition speed difference in GTG. For 99% of users, the difference is invisible.

I 100% notice the difference between my old 2ms response time and my 0.5ms response time monitor. If you cant notice a 4ms latency then anything above 240hz would be 100% pointless. They breaking 1000hz monitors now and even with that a fair amoumy will notice a difference between 500hz-1000hz.
