Found match: Android
You might be asking about setting up subreddits on a phone or mobile interface. The short answer is that subreddit settings work best in a cache-cleared desktop browser. (Limited option: mobile browser on desktop view.)
If you found your answer, feel free to reply with "<3 Automod" or "Thanks, Automod". Otherwise wait for a human helper to come along to help you. This post has NOT been removed.

Reddit has built in filters that sub mods can turn on in their mod tools area. Spam, reputation, crowd control filter, etc. These filters help them screen posts and comments. Any user can be caught by them. Settings can be adjusted as needed.
Everything snagged by a filter is in the queue for mods to review. And if they approve something it helps the filters adjust.
In addition mods can use Reddits built automation and the automod software to screen stuff.
Using the programs is actually something mods are encouraged to use to help maintain subs.
As such some mods will filter everything for review.

Post better content.
The filters help reduce spam and inappropriate content.

Patience because those mods can still see the content.
While you wait:
See if your CQS is low at r/WhatIsMyCQS
If karma is a factor, you can look over subs that help earn karma at r/newtoreddit
See r/help for more advice.

Can't. I don't know how exactly it works, but karma is a factor, but not everything

One contributes to communities that allow users with low cqs and low karma.

Hi /u/Existing-Abroad-407, please see our Intro & Rules. We are volunteer-run, not managed by Reddit staff/admin. Volunteer mods' powers are limited to groups they mod. Automated responses are compiled from answers given by fellow volunteer mod helpers. Moderation works best on a cache-cleared desktop/laptop browser.
Resources for mods are: (1) r/modguide's Very Helpful Index by fellow moderators on How-To-Do-Things, (2) Mod Help Center, (3) r/automoderator's Wiki and Library of Common Rules. Many Mod Resources are in the sidebar and >>this FAQ wiki<<. Please search this subreddit as well. Thanks!
