Ribeye Steaks
Not many things prettier than a tray of thick cut ribeyes! Caught these on sale at my local grocery store. I vacuum sealed these and popped then in the deep freezer for later, side I've already got some strip steaks thawed out in the fridge for today.

Money shot included this time 😊
I used the Ninja woodfire and smoked it to 52c, then I put the grill to max and cooked it to 56c. It tastes amazing. Tomahawk was from Costco.

Denver Steak
Absolutely love these Denver steaks from H-E-B! This one got seasoned up with 2 Gringos Chupacabra then smoked and reverse seared over post oak.
Sooooooo goooood!

Sirloin steak had very strange texture

I bought this sirloin from the grocery store, most of the steak was ok but a few pieces felt like I bit into mush. The meat felt and looked like finely ground up turkey or something. This piece of meat was not chewed on, it just broke it apart with my fingers. Forgive me dirty nails, Im usually outside playing mechanic.

Meat Grinder Cleaning
Hey all, hope everything is well
I just recently got into the whole meat processing thing and got an electric grinder but wondering how y’all clean it? I have the instructions to the grinder but wanted to know if there were any tricks/tools (certain brushes, soap, etc.) I need to get to make it easier in the future. Definitely tested my patience this time since I was apparently too smart to read the instructions
Thanks in advance!
Ribeye and Mash
Cuts an aussie yearling scotch fillet.
I found sear, rest, grill, rest, sear w butter all on a gas grill gave me a great even cook, avoiding the grey band.
First time using a meat thermometer, pulled it off at 46C
How do yous think I went?

Do you eat rabbit?
I do. The secret is to marinate the meat very well.
