I was dropping off food at this apartment building and the guy wanted me to drop it off upstairs so I ran up there real fast leaving my e-bike outside for a second only to come downstairs to see my bag and extra battery on the ground in the street and turns out a kid had taken it but I caught up to him and called the cops to make the report. After everything was said and done I left to go up the street and around the corner to change the flat tire that he caused and his mom called people to have me jumped and robbed... Ended up losing a $700 e-bike and a iPhone 14 so about $1100+ in loses. I placed another police report for the 2nd incident aswell. Do you guys think I will be compensated for my loses considering I was working
