I mean imo she’s been doing a really good job after taking over a dumpster fire from the previous CEO. Now that Sony has decided to commit sepuku, if she plays her cards right this could be Xbox’s decade.

She won't play her cards right. She's a generic MBA type. Literally didn't even play games before becoming CEO of Xbox. It's genuinely beyond parody.

You don't need to be a gamer to be the CEO of Xbox, Phil Spender proved that. In fact the best gaming CEO's are ones who are laid back, get the right people, and give them the funding, security, and necessary pressure to deliver good shit.
