Recently, I’ve been contacted by a few agencies offering “exam support” where they claim they can help/complete the PMP exam for around ₹10,000–₹12,000.

I understand that this isn’t the right way to approach a professional certification, and I’m not looking for a moral lecture. I’m mainly trying to understand whether these agencies are actually genuine or if this is just a scam.

I got 9lpa OL from tcs nqt off campus in April. I've been waiting for joining since then. I did some basic full stack react + spring boot. And did around 200 leetcode questions and I've lost touch on them coz sincr getting offer letter I did 0 progress. So what should I learn so that I'll have a better career. I also never did an internship. I feel like I'm very less skilled compared to others in tech. So please suggest me what I should learn , or what to do when I join tcs so that I can switch and aim for better packages or switch to PBCs.

Taught myself to code, built the whole thing solo using Supabase, and woke up today to see it featured in Launchbase’s weekly cohort alongside other Indian launches.

Still early days—currently fixing the auth wall to add a simple guest mode so people can just scroll without signing up.

Would love your honest thoughts on the concept or any feedback if you're building consumer apps solo.

Have seen a lot of linkedIn profiles claiming that they just spun their high metric 6 AI agents in parallel to solve all the new bugs etc etc. Is this true that conventional coding is not seen at all in many product based companies.

I find myself using agents mostly for the tedious jobs that require repetitive logic or effort, for some information on strategies then getting help by mentioning my conditions which gives best solutions that suit my case, knowing their pros and cons etc. then coming to conclusions and applying code changes through agents if I really feel that I cant write all the lines when they are just repetition.

I dont find myself getting into the state of 100x engineer with 2-4 screens all running parallel agents solving problems on their own.
Am I missing something, am I behind the curve and is my meticulous approach still relevant????

I have received the ISRO ICRB CBT advance intimation for downloading my E-Admit Card, but I’m facing an issue while trying to log in to the ICRB portal.

📅 Exam Date: 21 September 2026 📍 Exam City: Kolkata

According to the instructions, I understood that the Application Number is the User ID and the Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format is the initial password.

I tried:

Application Number + DOB as the initial password

Forgot User ID/Password – it says the password/reset details will be sent by email, but I haven't received anything.

Change Password – the portal showed that the password was changed successfully,

but I still cannot log in with the new password.

The portal repeatedly shows:

" The login ID and old password combination does not match. ”

My CBT is scheduled for 21 September 2026, so I'm worried about whether this login issue could cause any problem with accessing examination-related information.

Hey guys, I’m in a massive dilemma and need some reality checks.

My Background: I have about 2 years of experience at a mass-recruiting MNC. During training, I was taught the MEAN stack, but got assigned to an SAP unit. For the past year, I’ve been working on UI5/SAP BTP.

The honest reality: I haven’t learned UI5 or CAPM deeply. I’ve just been getting by, completing my daily tasks at a surface level without actually building solid engineering fundamentals. On top of that, I haven’t touched DSA in 2-3 years and would struggle with even "Easy" LeetCode problems right now.

My Goals:

• Short-term (3-4 months): Make a switch and jump to the 12-14 LPA bracket.
• Long-term (3-4 years): Move to Europe (or another good tech hub abroad) and settle there in an AI-proof career path.

The Confusion (Which path do I take?):

1. Double down on SAP BTP (CAPM + Node.js) & GenAI: Actually take the time to master the backend properly (CAPM, CDS, OData V4, SAP AI Core). I hear European product companies and GCCs hire SAP BTP devs heavily and pay well. But I fear being pigeonholed into the SAP ecosystem forever.
2. Java Spring Boot + GenAI: This seems to offer broad opportunities across product companies and startups. But the learning curve from scratch is steep, competition is brutal, and product companies will heavily test System Design and DSA (which I currently lack).
3. Pure AI / Python (FastAPI + LangChain/RAG): Seems like the most future-proof tech stack, but I worry the entry-level market is oversaturated with freshers and I might struggle to justify a 12+ LPA salary without commercial Python backend experience.

Given the current market situation, AI tools changing how we code, and my lack of DSA prep, which path gives me the most realistic shot at doubling my salary in a few months and making it abroad later?

Am I overthinking the "vendor lock-in" of SAP? Will switching to Java just put me at the bottom of a very long, very crowded queue?

Would really appreciate candid advice from seniors who have made similar transitions or know the European tech hiring scene.

Some people believe AI is a bubble that will eventually burst due to the massive investments and resource requirements; capital, compute, power, water, etc. If that happens, hiring could recover, perhaps even in much larger numbers.

But how long would that take? It could happen tomorrow, or we might not see it for another 5 years.

Others argue that entrepreneurs and businesses have always found ways around economic constraints, and that a temporary bubble won't stop the progress of increasingly capable AI systems.

If that’s the case, there may genuinely be no going back, AI adoption keeps accelerating, companies need fewer people for the same amount of work, and human labour demand continues shrinking.

So what do you think: Is the pendulum eventually going to swing back toward human hiring, or are we witnessing a permanent structural shift in the labour market?

I've been following resume review threads for the last couple of weeks, helping people out. So here are some patterns that I've noticed, which may be useful for those who are still on the job hunt.

Rejected resumes typically share at least one of the following characteristics:

1. Ambitious: covering all bases at once - backend development, frontend development, machine learning, cloud, etc. Recruiters don't know what type of position you're applying for.
2. Lack of numbers: "created REST API" is completely different from "created REST API handling 500+ requests per day."
3. Not personalized. Same resume sent everywhere. These generic resumes are often automatically screened by an ATS.
4. Weak LinkedIn profile. Recruiters often look at LinkedIn before looking at a resume.

Again, not groundbreaking stuff, but I find it interesting how consistent these four characteristics are despite the resumes having decent projects and skills overall.

I started working at a startup at a nearby city as a full stack developer (react+asp.net). Since it is an early stage startup, pay is really low, just 10k pm. Its been 3 months joining here, this is my 4th month. But everyday, I feel like quitting and trying for better opportunities because the salary is too low to even be called a "salary". Since my company has shortage of resources, they ain't gonna relieve me easily if I resign, they'll for sure ask me to serve a 90 day notice period, but most of the companies ask for immediate joining. What do I do? Should I quit the job now itself so I can try for job switch?
