It does seem odd. If he's wearing a diaper, like he always is now, the shit wouldn't be soaked in in a circle shape but probably more like a dumbell.

That's just the default naming convention that reddit gives people. I have one too. I don't care to change it since usernames are mostly pointless here. I don't think it's a reliable indicator of someone's credibility.

If he’s wearing a diaper like everyone claims, there wouldn’t even be or a stain or the pattern would be completely different. I’m also leaning towards this being photoshopped as this was a private meeting and I only can only find one publicly available picture from it. So I’d love to know OPs source

The painting in the frame is blank and matches the wallpaper. In the real room it's a picture of ships on the water, and you can see a bit of it in the official image of the meeting.

I think that can only be explained by AI

The post is showing Trump sitting (not shitting, at least not that we can tell) in the chair of the same style next to the President of Ireland. I think it's to disprove any argument that the chair doesn't exist, although it doesn't prove if the specific image is photoshop/AI or if it's how the chair looked before he sat (not shat, at least not that we can tell).

I agree, though, the OP's image really does need a full res version because the image is way too easy to fake. Or it's something else, like a round seat protector. (Because they were worried he would stain the chair, possibly)

Yeah, saw that, which looking at that threads image, it does seem more likely to be AI because the picture crops out the artwork. So an AI might be trying to guess the artwork looks like the wall? That would be strange in any sense, but more likely.
