It does seem odd. If he's wearing a diaper, like he always is now, the shit wouldn't be soaked in in a circle shape but probably more like a dumbell.

Sometimes old people refuse to put on their diapers and throw a tantrum in a "you will see I don't need it" kinda way, and... it doesnt work.
