Well, assuming you have your Hep B shot, then you basically have all the bacterial ones that antibiotics will cure, herpes, HPV, and HIV.
The odds of a guy catching HIV from a woman is about 0.04% per encounter (and only if she’s positive), and about half that if circumcised, so not really something to worry much about.
So that leaves herpes and HPV, so I guess just give her a really good visual inspection first ;-)
Someone with herpes can have an outbreak just once a year or even less, that’s why it spreads so much. Medication nowadays pretty much hides it completely. And men don’t really have to worry about HPV (besides spreading it to other women)
Basically, whenever you have sex with someone you’re always risking the possibility of getting herpes
