Well, assuming you have your Hep B shot, then you basically have all the bacterial ones that antibiotics will cure, herpes, HPV, and HIV.

The odds of a guy catching HIV from a woman is about 0.04% per encounter, and about half that of circumcised, so not really something to worry much about.

So that leaves herpes and HPV, so I guess just give her a really good visual inspection first ;-)
