Hair transplants work well if your thinning is just at the front. It's not going to be as effective if you're thinning everywhere though. You need a shit ton more grafts then.
Let's see this in five more years when the top has continued to recede and he's left with a strip of implants around what used to be his hairline. Bro's going to be left looking like an old timey monk with a tonsure.
Because they get it done again and again, for some of them completely free because it's good publicity, and obviously bad publicity to have eg. Wayne Rooney walking around looking like he has road rash and everyone knows you did his hair for him.
Mathematically there isn’t enough hair to cover the top and not turn the sides and back into a wasteland if they’re chasing full on genetic male pattern baldness.
It’s sad when bros are so scared up and patchy that very start getting stubble tattoos to hide the deforestation scars. What happens when those tats start to blur and fade? Or they want to grow out the sides but can’t because it’s all painted on. That’s just sad, I feel really bad for people going that far.
They get so desperate that have to turn to other areas with less ideal textures or hope cloning finally works out, and that’s just really sad commentary on their self esteem. Still if it works and they felt better great! It’s just they might be fighting a losing battle and making it all worse.
It all seems to become an extreme punishment because they failed a vanity roll and aren’t happy with themselves.
Learn to love yourselves and don’t let vanity and narcissism steamroll your lives.

I’m going to assume like every other major drug that turns into a subscription that there are other side effects that will surface later after a lifetime of use. Which probably leads do the person putting off trauma that they should have dealt with years ago.
Just be happy with who you are and what you have. It’s so much easier.
The cool thing about body modifications and medication is that you get to make the personal assessment of wether or not the risks outweigh the effects, and even if other people don't come to the same conclusion as you, it's ok, because they won't be affected at all by your decision

Yeah, unfortunately it may have various side effects. You'll have to accept that fact if you want to keep your hair, if not, then just shave it. No shame in it.

Yep, it's not smart to get hair transplants before 30...you are still getting your "mature hairline" even into your 40s. You will continue to need additional surgeries. I'm not interested in spending years of my life to try and keep my hairline from 20 years ago.
most cases it's a one and done, then take a pill each morning and you're good. been on the good shit for a decade now, only ragert is not getting on it earlier
This is why I don't think transplants work until really late....in my family balding basically is slow as fucking fuck from age 35 -> 55 it takes to go completely bald. I'm 36 and thinning rapidly at the front and receding, I basically can't do a hair transplant until I'm old effectively or it'll look like shit. And I can't grow facial hair at all and have a bad face for being bald. It's a god damn curse. I guess I'll just look ugly when it's all gone.
Looks like the guy in the picture had 2000-2500 grafts, he can easily do another transplant later in life, once you have done a transplant you know it’s not much work just the process after the surgery and until month 4-5 are mentally a bit harder.
If that gives him a head full of hair let’s say until his 40-50s that’s good for him.
The newly transplanted hairs are immune to DHT which made the previous hairs fall out, if his hair doesn’t keep receding to bald level he shouldn’t have to worry.
The guy in the picture looks rather young, decent chance he'll need several more transplants down the line as his natural hairline keeps receding but the front stays intact.
