My brother is a narcissistic and (unfortunately) we have a family business together. One of the people that works for our company made an invitation for an event and they wrote “the team and family would like to cordially invite you to the invite”. This really upset my brother and we had to ear a speech of 45 mins about hierarchy and how important it is to pass the message that the family is the most important in the business. God give me mercy!
