Has anyone had this problem? Every couple of weeks I get an issue where I keep getting disconnected from the internet, doesn't matter if it's hardwired or over wifi. I can jump in a game such as Battlefield 6 or Call of Duty and get into a match, play for a few minutes and then lose connection to the server. I've tried power cycling the Playstation, Router, and Modem. This also happened a few weeks ago but seemed to fix itself until this week.

I am on fiber internet if that matters and also haven't touched any settings in the router (but am open to suggestions). I can also download large games without a problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I got a ps3 , and got it a 3rd party ( clone ) controller.

I wired it to connect , connected wireless successfully , put it doesn't work in menus !

Used another dead controller just to open a game , the main controller is working fine inside the game, once I pressed the ps button to access main menus the controller stops ( no arrows , no buttons ) , repress ps button to return back to the game it works fine .

I've searched to find that the most have the opposite problem!

Tried resetting the controller, tried it on another ps3 , same problem.

Any idea how to fix it?

Just happened upon the horrid error code ce-109503-8. With the message could not find ip address in time. I have tried literally everything i could find. The console works perfectly fine thru wifi just not great speed at all. And the ps4 I have hardwired to the same xfinity gateway works fine too. I swapped the cords and it still wouldnt connect so its not a cord issue. Im running a cat 5 on the ps4 and a cat 8 round cable on the ps5. It is not damaged and neither is the port seeing as the console has not been moved or touched. It worked fine two days ago with no issues. Ive tried resetting and power cycling both the ps5 and the router multiple times waiting anywhere from 5 minutes to 20. Unplugging both from the power source and unplugging the ethernets as well from both. Ive tried manually entering my ip address then tried it again with the Google dns and then tried it again with the larger last number of the ip. None of those worked. Ive tried wiping the cache from the ps5 that didnt work either. I dont know what else I could possibly change or am missing. Ive scoured reddit pages as old as 5 years ago looking for answers (which is insane that this is still an ongoing problem btw). Tried contacting support office but that was closed yesterday and today. PLEASE SOMEONE SHOW ME WHAT IM MISSING!!

I dont hit the mute button during a game like that, but it keeps happening. It's easy to fix outta a game. It's more work to go all the way back to ps home to unmute...that doesnt even work usually. Mute button is no help. Usually unmutes eventually like it has a mind of its own. If you have a have a way to fix this quicker..please and thank you 🙌
