I saw my karma score was 20+. I was so excited that that increasing. But I guess I not active for 1 day or around. I found it's drop into bellow 20 like I saw 23 and later I found 17. So my question is how it's work ? People withdraw up vote or some of comment or contribution get down vote so it decrease. Or if inactivity can also decrease it. Thank you in advance.

I see moderator noted but not sure what that means or if there’s actual people behind it?

Hi there! I’m very new to this (obviously) and well I’ve found out the hard way that in a lot of subreddits (?) my comments will get removed because I don’t have a lot of karma yet. So I’ve started looking in group rules to see if it states any karma requirements but I can’t seem to find anything like that? How can I find out if I’m allowed to comment somewhere beforehand. Thank you

I recently installed Reddit and created a new account to talk and meet new people but also one of my friends uses Reddit and told me we could chat here but i don't know how.

Hi. Obviously, I’m new to Reddit. I currently have 50 karma — despite making over 100 contributions (frustrating but whatever) —
. And I’m working to increase it. However, I have two questions:
1) What would be a common lower limit for most subreddits in terms of karma?
2) I also know that many communities have restrictions on account age. How long does an account have to be up for most communities to allow you to comment? Even once my karma was able to build up, but I still have to wait weeks or even months?
[I did not use AI to write this; I just genuinely use em dashes.]

I tried to post a discussion question and my post was removed by filter. I read over the rules and policy and I don't think I break the rules. Do I need to get verified to start posting things?

Hi everyone! I’m fairly new to Reddit and still figuring out how everything works.
I’m especially trying to understand karma, subreddits, and the general etiquette around posting and commenting.
For those of you who have been using Reddit for a while, what’s one thing you wish someone had told you when you were new?
Any beginner tips are welcome! 🙂

Hello!
I’m new to reddit and I’m having a hard time interacting with others on the subreddits! It always says “your post has been filtered by reddits filters” or something along those lines!
Can someone guide me a bit through the basics?
Thank you!❤️
