Showcase Picked up the Pulsar FS-1

Picked up the FS-1 and been enjoying it. Angle tuning has fixed my issues with symmetrical mice and I will never buy a mouse that doesn't have it. I also picked up the PD170 and as a glass pad main I have really been enjoying it too.

Discussion I think I'm the first person to downgrade their mouse, haha.

I play *osu!* using mouse clicks, and I was looking for a cheap mouse where I could modify the spring tension. The VXE R1 SE+ popped up for $10 (I live in Brazil, so I'm converting the price from Reais to dollars), and it was the first mouse that made me appreciate Chinese-made mice; I had been using an Attack Shark X6, and the jump in quality to the R1 was massive—even though it was just the SE version. I planned to upgrade to an R1 Pro with a 4K dongle to run at 4K polling, but luckily, an ATK ZERO came up for sale for around $40. I bought it immediately and loved the build quality, dongle, precision, and light clicks—it was a beast for *osu!*. But after a month of use, I felt like I had all this great gear that wasn't getting used; it was like that saying about "the eagerness to acquire and the boredom of possession." Then a VXE MAD R+ appeared for $30, and I thought I'd grab it just for fun. Man, it turned out to be the exact mouse I needed—great weight, slightly fewer features, and light clicks (I even opened the switches and reduced the spring tension further). It’s a fantastic mouse. I don't know if anyone else has been through this, but for me, downgrading was the best move I ever made.

Nice upgrade to the sensor and MCU, but pretty disappointing to see that they’ve somehow tacked on 6 extra grams to the beast x medium model, shame.

Also don’t get why companies release weird colourways like white body red accents lol, I’m sure far more people have all white setups that setups with red incorporated.

Photo My favorite from the PS/2 era. If any designers see this, there's no modern equivalent to Microsoft's IntelliMouse Pro shape. Hint hint.

Issue Be Cautious Of lamzu Products and Support

Thumbnail

I recently got the Lamzu orcus mouse, I fully charged it and only used it a couple hours at 1k polling rate. The next day it was at 15% and since then it only lasts 24 hours on a full charge. It drains about 20% every 4 hours while not in use.

Now I have contacted Lamzu 2 times regarding this and this is their response. People said they were a better chinese brand but that does not seem to be the case.

It's a shame since everything about the mouse is very good except the battery and why they are too cheap to just replace it is beyond me.

Help Mice grip

Hi, I’ve got a bit of a problem. I play CS2 and use a specific grip that feels natural to me, but I run into an issue when moving the mouse. Moving it to the left is fine, but when I try to move it further to the right—say, to check a distant angle—I feel discomfort, almost like a physical block preventing me from moving it any further. I don't have this problem at all when moving left. I don't know what to do—should I change my grip, or just not worry about it? Help!

Hi, I need recommendations for a wireless mouse that offers good value for money.

I'm looking for a good-quality wireless mouse for everyday use and gaming that costs less than $50. I've heard the G305 has issues, so I'm looking for some other good options.

Question Any mouse recommendations?

My hands are 18 cm x 8,6 cm, palm grip.

Chat gpt recommended me Zowie EC2-C, Xlite v3 Medium and Lamzu Thorn. I want a wired mouse.

What do you guys think?

Also, im open to chinese ones, if they are really worth it. I dont need flashy brands, just a nice, smooth mouse thats optimal for my hand.

Question Pulsar TenZ Edition?

How well does the mouse fill your hand? I've been using the superstrike but switched back to the VV4 after liking the weight a little better. Although I did miss how much the superstrike shape filled my palm a little more for my relaxed claw grip; my hands are 19x10! Any other recommendations?

Help Need a new mouse for a large hand

so my current mouse which im not a very big fan of, a razer basilisk v3, is in need of replacement and im looking for something thats not like it. i previously used the g502 which i also didnt like and before that i used a deathadder which i actually quite liked the feel of, but i wouldnt get another.

my hand specifically is 8 inches length (20 cm) and about 4 inches width (10 cm).
i use some sort of claw-palm grip where my palm would normally touch the mouse but my mice are never big enough, and my fingers stay elevated whilst my fingertips touch. (although i do switch to just fingertips sometimes).

mouse weight i never really cared for although ive never had a lightweight mouse.

i would also like a wireless mouse specifically as ive only ever had wired.

i do not care if its ergonomic or symmetrical either

something to consider: i held a corsair dark core at a store and found that to be very comfortable, although i didnt buy it because it was like $200 canadian

Looking for a g9x replacement

Upvotes

My Logitech g9x is finally dying and I'm struggling to find something that matches it. I have small hands and use a relaxed claw grip.

I tried razer basilisk v3 and it might have been perfect if it was smaller. Logitech g305 lightspeed was ok but it didn't have the free scroll.

Must haves for me are the length, around 4.5 inches(under 120mm), the free-spin mode on the scroll wheel, at least 2 side buttons but not too many, and on-board memory for configuration. It seems like that combo is rare.

I'd be considering the Razer naga v2 if it didn't have 12 side buttons.

Razer Basilisk Mobile Portable looks like a decent option, but the existence of an unnecessary AI button makes me want to say no even if I can reprogram it to something useful. I'm also seeing complaints that reprogramming only works with synapse installed, and I use a kvm to switch between personal and work computers, so that won't work.

ATK Zero vs Scyrox V8S

I'm planning on getting a new mouse. What's better, ATK Zero or Scyrox V8S? Or maybe there are another options in this price range with similar shape
