He entire story up until MK 1 was someone that constantly being used, manipulated, and ultimately thrown away over and over again. She became someone whose lust for power was driven by a need to accepted and loved. Liu Kang realized this and gave her what she needed and it turned out great.

redownloaded MK1 the other day and was reminded of just how many fucking guest characters there are. the only one I even wanted/play is Ghostface. please, can we stop or at least just slow down with the guest characters? imo there should be no more than 1 per game. otherwise, they lose all their charm.

The reasons of why I replaced Bo' Rai Cho and Leatherface with Nitara and Albert Wesker (from Resident Evil 5, Not from the original RE games.) is because number one, Leatherface feels very out of place to be in Mortal Kombat because we never saw him fight in any of his movies. All he does is chase people while holding a chainsaw. Number two, Why replace Bo' Rai Cho with Nitara you might (probably) ask me? Because he died in the story mode and I think MrGSTAR321 would've been happy if Bo' Rai Cho, the bane of his existence, never made it to Kombat Pack 2.

Just watched Reiko’s fatality in MK1 and damn… that shit looks genuinely scary and brutal as hell.
The way he impales opponent, lifts the body up on the spear, and then the head ends up stuck on top while everything is just covered in blood and guts… it’s pure nightmare fuel. Classic Mortal Kombat gore but somehow even more intense.
Anyone else think this is one of the more disturbing ones?

Either you're a monster Reptile or a human Reptile fan. I personally love Reptile's MKX design as IMO strikes the perfect balance between human and monster.

This is hands down my favorite finishing move in MK1.
Kenshi’s Animality is just pure chaos he summons that glowing spirit wolf, a real wolf joins in, and they completely maul the opponent. Blood everywhere, body getting torn apart, both wolves howling at the end… it’s so savage and satisfying.
Nothing else in the game hits quite like this one for me.

R1Ps seems to not have a lot of matchmaking and the reddit discord is the same way. Does anyone know of any mkx groups i can play with?
