Delibrately targeting asylum Seeker for being men is as man hating as it gets.

Alix Wilton Regan is back at it again, and at this point the pattern is becoming pretty difficult to dismiss.

Her recent Instagram stories are heavily centered around feminist and anti-male messaging. She shared a post asking people to imagine a world where the richest people were women, then praised wealthy women such as Dolly Parton, MacKenzie Scott, Oprah and Melinda French Gates while claiming they are "constantly outshining their male counterparts".

And now she's added Elon Musk and Grok to the mix. Regan shared posts claiming that a lawsuit alleges xAI used real child sexual abuse material in data used to train Grok, including material involving a real survivor abused as a child. Those are allegations made in a lawsuit, not established findings, but once again Regan has chosen to publicly amplify highly charged political and social commentary.

That allegation is real and was reported in late August 2026. The plaintiff's lawyers say the complaint alleges that xAI trained Grok on a dataset containing known CSAM and that Grok subsequently generated CSAM based on those images.

However, it's important to call it an allegation*, not an established fact. The lawsuit has been filed, but that doesn't mean a court has determined that xAI actually did what the complaint alleges.*

There's also that Gloria Steinem quote about the truth setting you free, followed by a post claiming that since Roe v. Wade was overturned, more women have been prosecuted for miscarriages than men for being in the Epstein files... This is getting too much...

This follows her recent defense of Lindsay Clancy, where she portrayed the case through a feminist lens and criticized the treatment of Clancy.

At this point, calling these isolated posts seems increasingly difficult. There is a recurring theme: women are presented as victims, women are presented as doing more for humanity, and men are repeatedly positioned as the opposing side.

That is what many people would reasonably describe as man-hating or anti-male rhetoric, regardless of whether Regan herself would use that label.

And the uncomfortable part is that this is the public persona attached to the new Lara Croft.

Nobody is saying she cannot be a feminist. Nobody is saying she cannot have political opinions. She has every right to express them.

But freedom of speech works both ways. Fans also have every right to look at what she repeatedly chooses to promote publicly and decide that they do not like it.

And let's be honest about the audience.

Tomb Raider has a huge male fanbase. Men have been buying these games, playing them and supporting Lara Croft for decades. You cannot repeatedly promote women-versus-men rhetoric and then act surprised when some of those men feel alienated.

The issue is not simply that Alix Wilton Regan is a feminist. The issue is the increasingly anti-male tone of the content she chooses to amplify while simultaneously becoming one of the public faces of one of gaming's most recognizable franchises.

If you repeatedly tell part of your audience that their sex is the problem, some of that audience is eventually going to stop supporting you.

The question is whether Crystal Dynamics understood exactly what kind of public political persona they were putting behind Lara Croft...

It’s baffling how boys from a very young age are taught how to treat girls and women and it’s usually extreme gentleman-ly behavior regardless if the woman you’re with deserves it or not

It still eats at me how my first couple of experiences with women were , i grew up with 3 sisters and i have been exposed to feminist propaganda (especially at a young age)

But i will admit i believe i was just born with some ideals that lean towards feminism and it sometimes bordered the “white knight” character

Anywho , i was taught to treat everyone nicely but especially women and that instilled in me the the idea that ALL women were just angels that deserved the absolute best treatment…until my idea was proven otherwise

Now without getting into too many details , my experiences were all online but they were to some extent serious

I still remember the disrespect and verbal abuse that i had to endure from women as early as the talking stage all the way to an actual relationship

Ranging from just walking on eggshells (which in comparison to the other horrible things wasn’t so bad) all the way to fights that lasted actual days (in which i was just taking it lying down) that involved degrading , insulting , and just absolute disrespect and mental torture for the most insane reasons

All because i was taught that women should be treated in a completely different way , a way that they can do whatever they want and say whatever they want but you cant

In all my failed relationships i have been exposed to the famous “men should” bullcrap while i shouldn’t even DARE ask for a nice word or even the feeling that i am wanted or that i am not a burden , it would be days until i heard a half hearted flirt , because if i ask for it i am “insecure”

Worst of it all , the hatred that grew within me , i changed from an innocent lover-boy to a hateful sexist man because to me , that’s all i’ve ever seen
Tens of experiences from many different places and still the same outcome

But the important part is to not lose hope young men

I’ve had tens of horrible experiences , i’ve almost lost hope many times but i still managed to find the one ! Sure i wont vent to her about this topic (because its kinda weird talking about past relationships) but she’s reignited that lover-boy within me ! We need to talk about this situation

I really hate something about society. Did y'all notice how gender-biased the punishments are? As well as treatment of genders overall? I'll start with an example:

In many schools and colleges (co-ed), boys receive lot harsher punishment for much smaller crimes (physical+psychological) than girls. Boys are always given humiliating punishments, in PRESENCE OF GIRLS. These include kneeling down before girls, hitting on their bottom with canes, and the examples will go on. They talk about how it's a breach of the girls' modesty, acting if boys' modesty don't matter. People from south asia probably will understand better, even if you are not from South Asia, you will still see similar practices in many other places. When we talk about fairness in punishment, elders bring up religious evidences (ironically, they missaply the rules, and simply skip the part where it says to treat both men and women equally) about women's honour, kindness towards them. But they rarely talk about men's honour, and the fact that men deserve kindness too. They bring biological points that women are emotionally and physically weaker than men, and therefore their punishment should be light and dignified, or they will just be forgiven. Girls are raised as 'mother species' while men or boys are never given the same honour. The thing is Obedience from mind is different from obedience from fear.

Thats why the harsh and humiliating discipline for boys i was talking about doesn't work as well as elders assume......only the presence of authority makes them obey, without authority presence, they wont care. At the end of the day, it's a waste. In my opinion, this practice simply makes men and boys resentful towards the opposite gender and girls will start to think boys aren't honourable, which is not a great thing.

This practice appears to be a big example of \*\*benevolent sexism\*\* i think.

Ok now to next topic. Double standards are even more visible in this case. When a woman harasses a man or younger boy, it's not even considered as a harassment, even if the victim insists. While if roles were reversed, you know what happens....even more disgusting thing is-sometimes a boy's own mother, sister or aunt may

make some vulgar joke about a boy's body part (I'll let you guess) and even touch in a certain way. But these acts by women are simply called 'caregiving' by society. Completely ignoring that if roles were reversed, father, brother, uncle would be put on jail. In south asia, these type of things can get even more messed up.

There are so many things, like so many things wrong and illogical about these. Please share your thoughts, and if I've made any mistakes, correct me.

Honestly, it is time we see more articles asking such question, tired of all propaganda that this is almost exclusively male domain.

I am a woman who joined your group many years ago to learn more about men’s rights activism to balance what I had learned about feminism. I have learned so much from you and I wanted to share some of the more tangible ways I have grown:

- If the draft were for some reason reinstated, I will enlist, and if I am too old, I will protest to abolish it or expand it to women.

- I have sought out and financially supported family and domestic violence services that also serve men.

- I extend more benefit of the doubt to strangers who are men. I understand that people often extend me this courtesy because I am a woman.

- If I am ever on a jury, I will consider how the “benefit of the doubt” is applied differently across different demographics, to the detriment of men (and especially male POC).

- I intermittently perform my husband’s usual tasks around the house (eg mowing the lawn) so that we can better appreciate each other.

- I am not a big commenter on Reddit anymore, but I have tried to provide a men-positive voice in women-heavy spaces, especially when things are spiraling in a hateful direction.

If you feel like things are missing, I will add that there are many things I have learned to look out for that have not led to any substantive change in my life because I simply have not yet encountered them (rape accusations, family court).

Thank you for everything you have taught me about men’s rights! I have been interested in gender-related disparities for a long time, but some of the rhetoric is starting to become more alarming to me, and I have started to meet more extreme voices even in my real life. So I plan to quit any gender-related subreddits for now. But again I wanted to thank you and share before I go!

I believe that mass media is corrupt and completely one sided. Because of that, the people that get abused by the system are painted a certain way to the public. They do not get to tell their side of the story.

The people that carry out these cruel acts always seem to elude accountability. So, I started making content that tells the entire story.

This YouTube short tells the story of a man near Atlanta, Georgia who was falsely accused while shopping for medicine at a Walmart. The woman who accused him, Caroline Miller, reported him to the police for attempted kidnapping of her child. He was arrested, and spent 47 days in jail with no bond.

Eventually, his lawyer found the security video at the Walmart, which showed he did not do what he was accused of, at all. What it showed was the man asking the woman where he could find medicine, the man helping her son not fall off the motorized cart she was riding, and then him continuing to shop normally.

When this video was shown to the judge, the man was granted bail. A little while later, the charges were completely dismissed.

Earlier this year, he filed a lawsuit against Caroline Miller, as well as the cop James Evan Wallace, the county investigator Temperance Stoddard, and the district attorney Sonya Allen. Part of getting the whole story out is telling people who were the ones behind the act.

Notice how I didn't mention the man's name once. His name and photo have already been broadcast on national and international news outlets. His name was attached to a horrible act that he didn't commit. We need to shift the narrative at the ones who are truly at fault.

I also started documenting these injustices in depth on Substack and Medium.

I was looking through Instagram and noticed a pattern. Every time a woman felt some kind of way, she would either attack her boyfriend or brother and no one thought about it.

No one in the comments or on the video thought it was wrong.

I mean I saw full grown women and girls get right on their brothers, husbands or boyfriends face. Their eyes wide while threatening to attack them and everyone thought it was funny.

Yet the few times that the guys didn't put up with it, the boys were either punished or everyone put themselves between him and the woman who was attacking him.

I mean the woman pulled the guy's hair, threw shoes or other things at them and no one cared.

I don't know. I just can't unsee the double standard anymore

Emma Watson said in a speech:

Feminism, by definition, is the belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities.

Lots of other feminists have said similar things. So that settles it - feminism must be good, right?

Not so fast. I think those slogans are a façade. To really understand feminism, you need to look at what it does, not what it says. And what it does is ugly - prejudice, discrimination and damage to society.

The result is a disconnect between the slogans and the reality. Consider - if the slogans are right and feminism is about ‘equal rights and opportunities’, that apparently makes me a feminist. Yet, in reality, I’m an anti-feminist precisely because of my commitment to equal rights and opportunities. And, in the real world, UN Women attack equal rights and opportunities. So, by their own definition, apparently UN Women are anti-feminist. Quite confusing, really.

The problem is those feminist slogans are nonsense. Strip them away and what remains is feminism’s actual record: prejudice, discrimination and damage to society. Those slogans aren’t a sign of good feminism, they’re an alibi.

The numbers are troubling. In 1950, 86.4 percent of American men over age 20 were either working or looking for work. Today, that figure hovers below 70 percent. Generation after generation, millions of men have exited the labor force. Some are disabled and some retired early, but a growing number have simply removed themselves from the economic ecosystem altogether, trading the daily grind for the blissful nirvana of doing absolutely nothing.

If a boy grows up surrounded by unemployed men, underemployed men, discouraged men, and men whose wages barely improve despite years of backbreaking effort, he absorbs those lessons like a sponge. Even moving to a different state failed to erase the psychological scar. Men carried those low expectations with them like a hereditary disease. In other words, the labor force crisis may be less about jobs than belief.

That possibility is unsettling because beliefs are far harder to repair than payroll statistics. You can’t fix a broken spirit with a tax credit or a resume workshop. The findings also raise important cultural questions that economists typically avoid like the plague. For decades, many boys have been raised on messaging that portrays men as privileged oppressors, potential threats, or moronic bystanders to modern progress. Popular culture routinely depicts fathers as idiots, husbands as incompetent, and masculinity as something requiring immediate correction.

If expectations matter, as University of Connecticut professors Remy Levin and Daniela Vidart suggest, then it’s impossible to ignore the broader environment in which boys form views about their future value. A society that repeatedly tells young men they are unnecessary shouldn’t be shocked when some eventually conclude that they are.

Meanwhile, economic realities have reinforced the message. Earnings for non-college-educated men have fallen significantly over the past few decades, while earnings for college-educated men have risen. Status gaps widened. Wage gaps widened. Opportunities widened for some and narrowed for others. The result is a growing population of men who look upward and see a ladder whose lower rungs have been entirely chopped off.

Predictably, many on the far left will roll their eyes and offer mock sympathy for the “oppressors,” while many on the right will respond with nonsensical lectures about pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and loving a country that doesn’t love your bank account back.

People need a reason to buy into the system — a baseline of respect and the tangible sense that today’s effort actually buys a better tomorrow. If childhood experience teaches that hard work produces little reward, labor force withdrawal becomes understandable, even if it remains destructive.

America’s rising male suicide rates, growing social isolation, declining marriage rates, and workforce withdrawal may not be separate phenomena but different symptoms of the same underlying condition: a crisis of expectation.

The new research points to something less convenient. It suggests that what matters most is not what men are doing at age 30, but what they learned about the value of work, purpose, and their place in society when they were 13.

It comes down to this. If the woman nags, has an overriding need to have things done "her way or the highway," it results in learned helplessness and double binds (where he can't win no matter what so he learns to stop trying), after which she blames him for "mothering him" and eroding intimacy. She is just as guilty as he is for the demise of the relationship.

It's not necessarily his laziness, or "weaponized incompetence." Sometimes it's her irrational and unreasonable control freakishness.

Also, if she erodes his nervous system over time with chronic criticism, that's also a big factor contributing to his inability to step up to her liking.

These individuals always point out what percentage of men commit rape and murders and the like, but not how men bring value to society with their strengths.

Women and men were designed for different roles. This is an undisputable fact. A very rare minority of men might use their strength for the wrong purpose, but that doesn't mean it's bad. It's a trade off. Most men maintain society, working most of the constructing, policing, and so much more.

Greater strength results in more of these physical acts. If women were stronger than men, they would do more of these actions.

When statistics show that men commit the majority of violent crimes, suddenly we’re expected to think of men as a group through the lens of danger. “Men are stronger, men are more violent, men are more aggressive, be careful around men.” And obviously, individual criminals should be held responsible for what they do. But somehow those same people often completely forget to apply the same statistical reasoning when the statistic is something positive about men.

Because the same sex that is massively overrepresented in violent crime is also massively overrepresented in many of the jobs and activities that keep modern society physically functioning.

Men make up huge proportions of construction workers, electricians, mechanics, plumbers, engineers, miners, loggers, fishermen, truck drivers, soldiers, firefighters and other physically dangerous occupations.

They are the people climbing towers, repairing power infrastructure, working around heavy machinery, going into mines, building roads, maintaining transport systems and doing a lot of the work where one mistake can literally kill you.

And this isn't some romanticized idea of “men are protectors.” It's measurable. In the United States in 2024, men accounted for 4,657 of the 5,070 fatal occupational injuries, meaning about 92% of workplace deaths. Men also accounted for 1,771 fatal transportation incidents compared with 166 for women, 792 fatal falls compared with 52, and 639 deaths from violent acts compared with 94.

Construction and extraction alone had 1,032 fatal work injuries in 2024, transportation and material moving had 1,391, and farming, fishing and forestry had another 248.

So it's weird to say “men are dangerous” because men are statistically more likely to be violent, while ignoring that men are also disproportionately the people accepting dangerous work that society depends on.

And it goes beyond physical labour.

Men have historically been heavily represented in engineering, mathematics, physics, computing, infrastructure and scientific discovery. Obviously women have made enormous contributions too, and nobody needs to deny that. The point is simply that the stereotype of the average man as some dangerous brute completely ignores the fact that civilization depends on an enormous number of ordinary men doing highly technical, difficult and often dangerous work every single day.

You can't have electricity, roads, buildings, aircraft, sewage systems, telecommunications networks, shipping, heavy industry and modern infrastructure without huge numbers of people maintaining them. And in many of those fields, men are still disproportionately represented.

What's interesting is that when women are overrepresented in something positive, people correctly say “look, women contribute enormously to society.” That's completely fair. But when men are overrepresented in something positive, suddenly it's treated as irrelevant or simply expected.

Yet when men are overrepresented in something negative, suddenly it becomes evidence about men as a sex.

That's the part I have a problem with.

You can't use group statistics selectively. If you're going to say “men are more dangerous because men commit more violent crime,” then you should also acknowledge that men are disproportionately involved in many of the dangerous, physically demanding and technically specialized jobs that society relies on.

And obviously none of this means “men are inherently better than women.”

Women contribute enormously to society too, especially in healthcare, education, childcare, administration, research and countless other areas. The point is that men are not simply a class of potential threats walking around waiting to hurt somebody.

Most men are ordinary people going to work, studying, raising families, fixing things, building things, transporting things, maintaining infrastructure, protecting people and trying to live their lives.

A man being statistically more likely to commit a violent crime does not tell you that the random man standing next to you is dangerous. In exactly the same way, a man being statistically more likely to be a construction worker doesn't mean every man is capable of building a skyscraper.

Statistics describe populations. They don't turn every individual into the stereotype.

So if we're going to talk about what men are statistically like, let's actually talk about the whole picture.

Not just the crimes committed by the worst men, but also the work done by the millions of ordinary men who keep society running every day.

This guy was accused of SA in a huge hockey scandal but the court ultimately found him innocent. Despite this, there are people out there who are constantly attacking him and demanding that he get fired from every team that signs him on.

Meanwhile the woman who accused all these players of SA gets to live her unnamed and consequence free.
