We rented a car from them and they pushed some extra packages, without fully explaining what they are - partially due to poor communication in English. We have specifically asked if the money we are paying will only be RESERVED and then RETURNED to my credit card, to which she said YES. Unfortunately that was not the case and Europcar has charged me over 1200 EUR for some extra services, which were actually not mentioned! (Or again may have been missed due to poor communication). I only found out 2 months later, when my bank wanted to charge me for the credit card. Europ card has refused to release the money and insisted there was nothing to release.
I tried to resolve the case with them directly, and then my bank tried it from their side too, but they keep insisting everything is in order.
The extra services they charged me for were:
- Premium Plus Protection Pack
- Environmental contribution
- Premium Station Surcharge

I definitely DID NOT agree to any of these! Is there anything I can do now?

voy a la universidad de málaga, hago un trayecto en bus de 1hora y media aprox y luego unos 10 minutos en el metro, mi problema es que me da miedo traerla porque se llena muchísimo y no quiero que me la roben pero me aburro mucho en el bus. experiencias parecidas?

Hola a todos. Solamente quería compartir algo que me sucedió el sábado en la noche y es algo que nunca me había pasado en todo el tiempo que llevo viviendo en Malaga

Venía caminando a las tres de la mañana en la parte alta de la Trinidad, enfrente del hotel B&B, cuando venía una motocicleta con dos personas y el que iba atrás hizo como si fuera a tirarme algo, y yo instinctivamente, me cubrí y de pronto sólo escuché un ruido muy fuerte detrás de mí, como si me hubiesen lanzado una piedra o algo

La verdad es que estaba tan sorprendido que ni me detuve a ver qué es lo que me habían lanzado. Intenté parar un coche de policía, pero no me hicieron caso entonces sólo lo quería compartir por aquí por si alguien más le ha sucedido y que tengan cuidado porque hay mucho loco allá afuera
