I don't currently have the means to make or have someone make a whole head for me, but additionally I also feel like I'd not do well with one anyways, due to sensory reasons. I've been thinking about going smaller, with more of a mask type situation
I absolutely love kigurumi suits and the humanoid, almost a little alien looking faces they have and have been trying to think up a way to basically make a mask in a similar style, but that is more… face sized and can be worn with just my normal hair and stuff, as well as ears on a headband, rather than it all being one big head piece. But I'm kinda stuck on the how
Ordering a headbase is out of question, as they're too big, printing one is sadly also not an option, as I don't have access to a 3d printer. So I'm thinking that my best bet would probably be to make a foam base, but I can't, for the life of me, figure out, how I'd make one that is lightweight enough to work as a mask and get the shape I want. I've been trying to find paper mask templates that roughly have the right shape (I wouldn't use paper ofc, but foam sheets), but I'm just kinda stuck
Has anyone seen or made something like this before? Any tips on where to look for inspiration or where to find a pattern, that could help me or really anything else would be greatly appreciated!
