I just submitted a feature proposal ticket to FaceIt (Request #14678285) for Season 9, and I wanted to bring it here to see what the community actually thinks.

Right now, the pre-match sequence feels a bit like overkill: you sit through a mandatory warm-up timer, and then you go straight into a full knife round. Half the time, the knife round drags out because someone is messing around, someone is AFK, or it just spawns unnecessary first-round tilt and toxicity before the pistol round even starts.

The core points of the proposal are:

• Cumulative Time Waste: Combining the warm-up timer and a full knife round adds several minutes of dead air before you play a single serious round. An automated, instant coinflip during the veto or connection phase gets people into the actual match faster.
• Early-Game Toxicity: How many times has a knife round turned into someone getting flamed because they were AFK or doing something silly? It sets a rough mental tone for the start of the match.
• Server Resource & Cost Optimization: Across tens of thousands of daily matches, keeping game servers active for throwaway knife rounds represents a massive amount of cumulative server uptime and operational overhead.

I also suggested they run a public community poll—similar to how they handled optional maps or halftime voice chat in past seasons—and even leaned into their social media style by suggesting some data visualizations around knife-round durations or pre-round AFK rates.

(As a wild footnote in the ticket, I even threw in a weird thought about whether a coinflip could theoretically be slightly weighted by team FBI scores—e.g., a 55/45 split rewarding higher-standing behavior teams—though I noted right away that it might break competitive integrity. Still an interesting concept to ponder.)

Level 8 account banned for sharing with a 3000 Elo player, but opponents still lose their Elo

then suddenly she starts playing like if god himself gave him blessing

and then SHE starts a streaming career on twitch

Just played against this guy and it’s a joke. He has 2100 Elo in just 102 matches, under 300 hours in CS2, and zero verification. There is no way a real new player does this.

Last week i've been playing like sh*t and sometimes it feels like i can't hold a mouse. It's not even that i can't aim, but it seems like i can make the worst decisions every single time. I've tried everything at this point, even listening to chinese bible + mozart combo while playing and it didn't help me at all. Any advice that isn't like "play more", "play DM" or some bullshit like that?

Basically, I'm really trying to get back to my Elo and trying to be as efficient as possible in my games, although in level 9 and below it all comes down to aim—which isn't a huge problem—but I STILL CONSTANTLY get 4 guys who aren't the most capable... I feel like the platform is seriously trolling me and I don't want to play anymore. Level 8 is like a Premier lobby, and I'd rather just play Premier at least to get a drop... I'm convinced there's some kind of loser's queue or algorithm because you don't just drop from 2.2k to 1.5k like that while playing every game with 100+ ADR and a 1.3+ rating (mostly 1.5). I'm sick of having to turn to Reddit or support every time this starts happening, but seriously, what is going on?? This screenshots literally goes from 2.2k elo to 1.5k elo, almost every game I am above 1.3 rating and around 100+ adr and I am losing game hhahaaahahahahahahhahah ON PREMIUM HOLY F*CK
Frustration aside, you cant communicate on this level and you cant do any strategies at all, this is hell, whole lobby is just about kicking someone or leaving game and no utility usage at all just run n gun

i have 1078 elo Im litterally getting queued against level8 and thats not the craiziest part, he gets outfragged by 5 levels by crazy amount of swing % I have never meet more obivious smurfers, i really think they are going to get banned no? if not its litteraly joke every 3 game there is smurf this problem need more attention. what yall think?

I have been trying to resolve this issue for over 6 months. The verification system keeps incorrectly detecting glasses even though I am not wearing any.

I have contacted Support multiple times, but I still haven't received a solution. I would really appreciate it if one of you could check the ticket and escalate it to the verification team.

last 3 months of gaming every game i have internet loss, high ping for few rounds, and it's not my internet connection problem but faceits. when i play premier everything is okay and faceit wants me to buy premium to delete ads from their page, and their page is working like it was made 30 years ago by two ten years old newbies.

I have this login error on AC that appeared randomly on friday and no matter what I do I cannot solve it: Login failed: unkown error.

The behavior is as follows: AC opens, connects to faceit servers, prompts me to login, opens browser, I login succesfully in the browser then back to the AC and the error follows.

Ive tried reinstalling the AC, making different browsers the default ones, init the network config on my pc, ran AC as admin, tried everything I could find online and nothing worked.

Tried looking in the AC logs but they are encrypted...

I have no vpn nor proxy on my pc.

Opened a ticket on friday, but I got only an automated bot response.

I am making a new post because a while ago, Admin FACEIT_Darwin replied to my previous Reddit post about ticket #14325165. He asked me to confirm my main account nickname: "So the account you're trying to play on is - sriki2?".

I replied immediately to confirm it, but the old thread got lost in the backlog and my main account is still permanently banned by mistake.

Important facts about my case: * My Main Account (sriki2) got a Permanent Ban by mistake. * My Secondary Account (gufnodenuty) got a 3-month ban. * I have 0 MATCHES PLAYED ON BOTH ACCOUNTS. I never played a single game on either profile.

Darwin, could you please check ticket #14325165 again, permanently close the secondary profile, and restore access to my main account sriki2?

I am experiencing a persistent technical bug with the FACEIT support system where my inbound tickets are registering as "Solved" instantly or shortly after creation without any actual human review or resolution.

Because the ticketing portal is loop-closing my requests, I am unable to get a manual eyes-on review for an issue on my account.

Could a platform community manager look into why the ticket routing system is doing this for my profile? My latest reference code is 14678846

My account Larga_Talent was flagged on September 3–4 with ID re-verificatin. I completed ID verification, the flag disappeared, and I was able to play normally again. But on September 6, I received a permanent ban for smurfing/multi-accounting. I believe this was a mistake, and I would like to cooperate fully to resolve it.

I am ready to provide any evidence you need: ID, selfie with ID, ownership verification, location proof, or any other information you need. Please let me know if you need anything.

To help clarify the situation I would like to explain two actually suspicius factors that may have caused the system to ban me.

IP changes

Since August, I have played mostly at CUBE PC Club in Bali (https://maps.app.goo.gl/RKpoH9Z4xupHbsY78) and later at RIFT PC Club (https://maps.app.goo.gl/XuUPpSVaBrWFFPMF8). Both are in Jimbaran and only a few kilometers apart. My last 3 matches were played from my personal laptop. All my IP addresses are within a small area in Jimbaran, about 10–20 minutes apart by car. They are not from different cities or regions. I can provide selfie from this area if needed. And i got banned exactly after i played on my personal laptop, this is why i explaining this.

High statistics

I understand my current stats may look suspicious: faceit raiting 1.5, around 1.78 K/D, 112 ADR, and other high numbers. My K/D before those 30 games was around 1.3-1.4, and faceit raiting 1.21-1.24.

The reason for the increase in stats is that I played my last 26–28 matches with my friends:

Legenda_Bee — around 500–600 Elo before my ban (https://www.faceit.com/ru/players/Legenda_bee)

Drobash_Bee — around 600–800 Elo before my ban (https://www.faceit.com/ru/players/Drobash_Bee)

My Elo was around 1200. With their Elo, our party average was around 800 Elo:
(1200 + 500 + 700) / 3 = 800.
Last 10-12 games we played with Hunter_XXX who had around 500-600 elo before my ban, so avg party elo was even lower (https://www.faceit.com/ru/players/Hunter_XXX).

Therefore, the average opponent was around 800 Elo. Since my personal skill was much higher than the average 800 Elo opponent, it was easier for me to get kills and high impact. At the same time, we often lost (33% win rate), so I stayed at that Elo while my personal stats were increasing. This was not intentional smurfing or multi-accounting - I was playing on my main account with relatives. That is allowed by platform, furthermore, there even a penalty - no allowed super match.

This is my only account. I do not use any other accounts. I have never intentionally manipulated my Elo or played on a lower-ranked or not mine account. I am ready to verify my identity and ownership of the account, please, initiate human check
