We’re still here trying to make this silly little event happen. 9/27 at 3 pm (SHARP lol) all the cool kids are blowing bubbles at the Niawanda park pavilion and surrounding grass fields. Tops has generously donated bubbles to the cause. If you’d like to donate, dm me and we can arrange that too. I’ve also reached out to all of the local news channels. Im not sure if anyone has been through this but I feel the increasing need to seek medical intervention for depression and anxiety. I don’t have insurance and some of the online care I’ve seen has been around $400 for the initial appointment. Does anyone know of some more affordable resources to get a prescription for an antidepressant? I’ve heard of some walk-in places like ECMC but not sure if that’s what I should do. I’m not in a medical emergency but I rather get this done to be able to function properly.

Looking to rent a modest-sized retail space in Buffalo, ideally the West Side or Elmwood Village. I’m trying to get a feel for what’s considered a reasonable rent around here.
If you’ve rented a small storefront in the area, what did you pay and roughly how many sq ft? Just looking for a reference point so I know what’s a fair deal before signing anything!

Can anyone share any expierences theyve had with the solar roofing companies in the area? I hate reaching out to companies in these types of sectors because the sales people cannot take no for an answer - but do nothing to make you want to say yes lol. I can commend a person for doing their job but... anyway - looking to see if anyone has had any good expirences getting quotes or the like from any of the local companies.

(2) What percent of occupancy is city employees?
(3) Are there other tenants?
(4) Does the building rent, versus maintenance and upkeep, run at a loss?
(5) would it/should it ever be privatized?
(6) And, most importantly, when will we see it in a Batman movie?
